Panda Express has slowly been going down hill since the pandemic. We have attempted to remedy this by sending reviews to Panda Express directly but we still consistently have issues. This past Sunday we attempted to go inside the location on Old Denton around 6 PM and the doors were locked our boys really wanted to go in so we proceeded to a different location. We went on to the location on north Josey where we were told most likely the old Denton location was under staffed and that’s what they typically do when they are under staffed.We ordered bigger plates which have gone up in pricing recently and noticed the portions are now smaller. They were also out of honey chicken, almost every time we go they seem to be out of something. I think we may no longer be panda customers based on our experiences over the past year.

Received some of the oldest food I’ve ever seen, the top looked ok as I opened the container and so I started driving and eating my second fork was a giant dark brown ball of rice and all of the orange chicken was was shaded different which indicate it had been sitting a very long time. I’m guessing the lobby closed so people can’t see that the food isn’t fresh, I made it about 3 miles before stopping and throwing up as that chicken was not right and nor was the rice a waiste of my money! Rethink quality over food cost.

This is the worst location I’ve gone to which is a bummer bc it’s the closest one to me. You have about a 50% they will be out of what you are wanting. I’ve been going here for over a year and it has been pretty consistent and hat about half the time they are out of what I want. Yes, I still go here even tho they fail me often. But I definitely would go more often if they were more reliable.

Horrible experience never going to that location I just went today and all my order was messed up nothing was right the lady taking my order was so rude didn’t know what she was doing nothing that I order was right I just spend 55 dollars on food that I didn’t ask for

My experience was terrible, I will never go to this location again. I was getting a free entree item because I finished the survey. When I arrive at Panda Express they start asking me a million questions, saying that you have to buy an entree to get a free entree, it does not say that anywhere on the receipt or the online survey. Then they tell me they are “gonna give it to me free this time” and they end up giving me a side of chicken. I am highly upset and I will never be returning. And to top it off, I have got an entree from other Panda Express locations without having to pay ANYTHING. They were trying to get me to pay; something that should be free!!!!

No standard sauce issued in drive thru bag for teriyaki chicken. Chewy too. Noodles are poor to fair in quality. I'd almost call them pretty decent for fast food if service was there.

Your lobby being closed is ridiculous! You have 3 workers inside, that is currently 1 more than 2 other locations very close by! You are not suffering from staff shortages, you are suffering from complete laziness. Hope you go out of business. You dont deserve to operate.

I ordered a bowl with shrimp. It was 11:00 am so one would think the food would be fresh. The shrimp was so over cooked it was uneatable or it was reheated from the day before. Either way it was a waist of my money. I love Panda food but not this location.

Absolutely the worst Panda Express I’ve ever been to. First time I “came here” there was a fire in the kitchen that had it closed down. Second time I actually managed to be able to get in the door only to find out their drink fountain was broken after being ignored as the only person in line for 5 minutes, and rather than just giving me a water which I always just get water cups I had to buy a water bottle. Third time I came here the line didn’t move for 5 minutes because guess what, we were getting ignored again as they worked on to go or drive through orders, got my food and there was uncooked rice in my fried rice and obviously they forgot to add the soy sauce when they cooked the rice. Come today HOPING that I could have a normal, adequate, or possibly even sub par, the door was locked with no sign and inside a worker was waving me off, because apparently today they are just doing drive through. This location needs new management or possibly a new owner because my god this is hilariously awful.

Man, this place is really hit or miss in that they mess up your order often. The service is pretty slow and I am only guessing that maybe most of the staff just has no idea what they're doing. The food you do get is generally decent... it's just that you might not get what you actually ordered. I don't know why I keep going here, but I guess I'm just a glutton for punishment.
