Often order here cuz good taste and price. No complaints until today. There was part of plastic bag in my soup.It can happen to any restaurants.Just wish owner reminds workers not to this happen again. As usual, taste good.
Just went today for lunch. We had the spicy blood sausage soup and the spicy beef bone soup. Both were very good! The beef bone soup had tons of vegetables and the meat on the bone was very tender. I would definitely go back and try some of their other dishes!
Horrible service!I ordered Togo and dine in but brought out both dishes for dine in and when I asked rice and kimchi for the Togo order, the front looked at me like I'm a thief or criminal! Don't forget the rude tone from both of them ladies in front!I frequent this restaurant but will never visit again!
-Update-When did you guys apologize? Are you talking about the sarcastic "Thanks for letting me know!" by the woman owner? And what threats? To the person who wrote this were you even on the phone with me? This is my first bad review to anyone EVER. So stop making lies. And definitely not going back so don't worry. Congrats for passing health inspector's audit! (Again it's the management issue not the food.)-your KarenI ordered togo last night and today opened the soup and as I was eating I found the radish below. It honestly look like someone bit off to me so I felt disgusted. I called the owner to let them know this “bitten off” shape and to hear about their current kimchi making/pkging process and one “sorry” for experiencing this. BUT no. The man owner told me that there are cameras and that there is no way that it’s bitten off. That’s great that he is so confident. So I offered to send him the photo just so that other clients don’t go through what I went through. He didn’t take it.Suddenly the woman owner picked up and started SCREAMING. Yelling and not even listening to what I had to say. Didn’t want my photo just yelled that what’s the point of calling. I honestly never experienced a restaurant owner yelling at a client so my hands are still shaking. Then she sarcastically said what else do you want then thanks a lot for calling then hung up.Really??? How rude! I’m never going there again. Not bc of the food but for their terrible customer service. I really hope that their process is as clean as they say.
We stopped by this restaurant yesterday and ordered beef bone soup and spicy blood sausage soup. Blood sausage soup was good but beef bone soup was very disappointing. As you can see in the picture, there was literally only one chunk of meat that had barely any meat on, and also hard to chew. Soup had too much water, no vegetables or meats. I couldn’t believe that I paid $13 for it. My hubby has never left the restaurant still feeling hungry. While we were waiting for the food, I overheard their conversation inside the kitchen that there is too much in the bone soup and you should take some stuff out. I didn’t understand what they were saying until food came out because we were the only people inside the restaurant at that time. There was not enough meat/veggies in the soup. They should really feel ashamed of themselves even selling the beef soup with not enoufh meats or veggies for $13.
The best and most authentic Korean food in K-town. The soups are very well seasoned and the kimchi is very tasty. This restaurant is a self-serve restaurant, but is very busy since the food speaks for itself.
Good tasty Korean soups. Self service.
I came to this place many times over the last few years. The taste is decent. However, I give 3 stars because of the dramatic price increase. It looks like they raise price by 10% yearly for the last few years now. I don't think it's worth that price now. It used to be much cheaper. And sundae my friend and I ordered was going bad.
Best Korean food restaurant. My family's go to restaurant for dinner. All soups are great. Best soondae in DFW area.
My family and I love to dine in at and take out from Moo Bong Ri! They have delicious soups, kimchi and affordable prices.
