Mr. Luke was beating the drive thru on ear working the front counter and fixing orders so for that I'll give them a five star and believe it or not he never missed a beat I told him soon as GOGO RIDE SHARE an Uber partner transportation cross country rode share sky rockets I'm coming to get him a multi talented man at McDonald's with orders hip hip hooray

My food didn’t come at the time I paid for it. I ordered my food priority and and fresh. When I called to check and see why my prefer taking so long for my CV old, some rude worker acted as if she couldn’t make another order for me because I stated I didn’t want my child’s food cold. The fact that I paid for priority and fresh and it’s been literally thirty minutes is complete bulslhit and I’m calling corporate!

Came to get some food and i read the sign says if they dnt ask if your using your rewards when you place your order you geta free donut the store manager refuse she said they dnt do that every mcdonalds does it but she said no,get your sign fix nad provide the free donut if your workers dnt ask if a customer is using their rewards stop being stingy with them donuts

App order had an error when trying to do curbside pickup (which happens, that's fine) but the order went through and we got a receipt and a charge notice from our bank. The error told us to talk to an employee about it so we waited in the drive through ... for over 20 minutes. When we got to the first window the employee tried to look up the order which wasn't showing up in the system so she politely asked us to pull up to the second window so a manager could help us. That's when everything went wrong. The manager, Alma, after trying to look up the order and not seeing it said "sorry, no order in the system, nothing I can do." and motioned us to leave. I showed her the email receipt and the charge in my bank account and she still had no interest in helping us - told us to come back the next morning and looked annoyed that we weren't just leaving. I declined to leave without the food we paid for, and fortunately for Alma another employee located our order which had apparently been sitting somewhere for a long time. That employee was very empathetic, apologetic and polite and immediately brought our food out to us. Not sure what criteria is used to promote people to management, but they're doing it wrong. Either of the other two employees would make infinitely better managers and result in happier customers.

First off, it won't let me post without choosing a rating, but this place doesnt deserve a single start. Avoid at all costs.The dining hasn't been open since they closed it at the onset of COVID. They force their customers through the dive-thru making you wait for 20 minutes for them to get you order wrong, and they always do, and did, even when ordering from the lobby years ago. Then you have to argue with a woman you can't understand with a condescending attitdue trying to correct it.This hasn't been the better of McDonald's, but with the drive-thru fiasco, it's the worst. I will be spending my money elsewhere.

SABRIANA!!! At the drive thru! The worst person I ever encounter! I only hope and wish you get treated THE SAME WAY YOU TREAT OTHERS!!! JUST QUIT IF YOUR NOT HAPPY!

I always order a frappe with extra drizzle and espresso shot. It’s always frozen and not melted down which is why I choose to go to this location then the one closer. I did order one and they didn’t provide the extra drizzle so I had to pull to the side for them to remake it only for my extra espresso shot not to be included.

Went there to place an order. I ordered large fries ?and large coke. The French fries were old and cold. I could barely eat them. I handed the 1st window cashier, my credit card. I asked for copy of my receipt, I was told I will receiveat the second d window. When I got to the second window. Gave me my fries and coke, no receipt. I asked for ketchup. She gave it to me. Guess what I still didn't receive my receipt.

Good food but every time we get the food to go or delivered they never follow any of the customization instructions. Don't want mustard or onions? To bad, they won't bother to take it off. Don't want tomatoes? To bad, it stays on the food.
