2/18/2022 9:44pm order 1320. The person who prepped my order. Messed up twice in one order. How? I ordered 2 apple pies but she gave me one apple and one blueberry. Then, with my order of two large fries, this lady put only one in my bag. This is not the first time she’s done this? How many people has she done this to?! This lady is running some scam. She was working on the second drive thru window. I don’t think this was a mistake. She needs to get fired for taking away my fries I paid for and deserve. I’m hurt.Cannot trust this McDonald’s. From now on, I’m going to the one on Josey.
STAY AWAY. I have been by this place twice. The service was slow - very slow - both times. Area around the place is dirty and uninviting. Supremely inefficient and incompetent people. Manager was slow and unresponsive. Never coming back there again!! Stay away - go to another branch!
Drive thru always a bit slow. Food as expected but no one ever says thank you. Employees are like little robots.
I hate going to McDonald's but the only thing I ever get from here is a large Dr pepper. Or a chicken sandwich. LOL excuse me McChicken. LOL same thing. But when you're ordering it you have to say make chicken LOL stupid
They struggle with orders that are modified make sure you check your receipt. Also do not leave that second window without checking your food. Do not show compassion about their driver time if they can’t get your food correctly made. The manager did a good job of correcting my order.
Literally the worst service I’ve ever had . I ordered an icecream cone for $2.05. I came to the second window just to see my icecream behind held up and analyzed. She calls people over to look at it . Therefore having me think there’s something wrong with it. When she came to the window she was just staring at me when I asked her why they were looking at the icecream . She didn’t say anything. I pulled off after telling her I don’t want it . I came around to get my change and the manager or whomever he was had a problem with returning me my $2.05 without a receipt of something that just happened1 min ago everyone remembered me not getting this cone . He gets an attitude and turns around . Not wanting to help me I got out the car and had to make a scene for him to finally pay attention to me. He called the cops on me for $2.05 . Wasted my time and the time of the police over $2.05 . Imagine if they arrested me . He could’ve easily given me my hard earned money . He was very rude to me and I would like an apology . His attitude towards me was very uncomfortable. I felt like me being calm and nice didn’t work for him . I felt very scared when the police came not knowing if they would be hostile with me over $2.05 . This was unreal .
They've had they're McRib sign up past three weeks in the drive through. First time they said, truck delivery not in. Now they just tell they no longer sell the McRib but, the sign has been up past three weeks. And dude was irritated I asked for the McRib. This is the closest McDeez by my job. I've waited all year for the return of the greatness that is McRib. Please fix this problem. Thanx????
Not for the location more the app. I was charged for an order through the app just to be told that the location wad closed for Christmas the developers need to work on a way to prevent orders when all/ most locations close early for holidays. Or for someone on site to change location hours for holidays or emergencies.

The drive thru staff are very friendly. They double check the order when you place it. If there is something wrong they fix it without question. The food is usually hot.
