I usually have no problems with this McDonalds, but today in the Drive Thru, no one answered the 1st window, I pulled up to the 2nd window and a woman opened the window shoved the food at me, and closed the window fast with no greetings, no thank you, nothjing... and no drink or receipt. They left me sitting there, I had to get out on foot, dodge cars in the drive thru, flag that woman down and she handed me my drink. Again , no receipt, no greeting or pleasantries. We had two filet of fish sandwhiches, large fries and a chocolote shake. One sandwhich was hard, lukewarm, stuck to the bottom of the box, fish was hard, crust was hard. Not a good day for this McDonalds. Or me.
Had an awesome experience thanks to the person that took my order as much that i actually decided to dine in for a change , the previous 3 times i was there the older lady behind the counter was very rude not just to me but to everyone that went through her always taking the order wrong and arguing with everyone about it . the person behind the register makes the experience go well from the start, i don't know the name of the person that was behind the register today but thank you you made my day.
The sign says closed lobby 10pm I was standing in line 9:44 it took them 10mins to even acknowledge I was even there to tell me they've already closed the door but I'm inside but yet they wouldn't serve me.... I think it was cause I am white... It's now 9:56pm and still hungry...
Service is hit or miss at this location. Last visit we waited almost eight minutes after paying to receive four sandwiches. Other items the food comes out quickly.
Employee was rude. Didn't acknowledge me. She didn't even day hi, it tells me that she didn't want to be there. No sign on door requiring a mask, but the employee yelled at me to wear one.
My only shortcoming is that lately I've wanted to dine-in but instead have to drive-thru because posted hours once ? again change. Also, impossible to request delivery option for this McD after 10 or 11 p.m.Food has improved 500% at this location since the Pandemic began.
I went to buy food for my family so i got 3 large fries and 4 mc chicken and when i got home they for got to put my mc chicken.I called the manager at the store and she couldn’t solve the problem in a professional way.It’s already been a week and nobody has contact me.Bad customer service.
I order online on the app. I was charged, and I showed the order. The manager for the night shift came along and was very disrespectful and told me it wasn’t her fault and not her problem. I skipped out on $28 bc of this. she was extremely rude and I hope no one has to deal with her ever throughout my 7 years of service industry experience.
Typical McDonald's... Sometimes it's great, sometimes it's not... Buns occasionally arent soft, fries are sometimes old, sometimes not salted, but that's basically every McDonald's... They're always all over the place ... Idk in my opinion McDonald's can always do better ... Not putting this particular one down though ??
