Great service, decently priced and surprisingly good salads. I know, weird choice to order a salad at a Deli, but they are legit good salads.
Very disappointed! At the end of my meal, found a hair on my plate. It was likely under the spud. Please check hygiene and clean surfaces frequently. ???
When a customer place an order on their website they take away the drivers tip... confirmed with different orders and customers ashamed because of that
I love McAlisters but they ruined my grilled chicken sandwich today. It was literally smashed and looked disgusting. I don’t know if they were busy and in a hurry or what but I will definitely think twice before going back.
On a rainy Saturday evening, the service and food was superb. Grilled chicken sandwich, orange cranberry sandwich, and chicken and dumplings were all fantastic.
Just had a fantastic dinner at McAlister's in west Plano. Dee took our order and never stopped smiling. She was helpful (recommending the Brookie Bar) and incredibly entertaining. I wanted to praise her to the manager, but she was one. Dee, keep it up, you are absolutely fantastic and a reason to keep returning to your establishment. Management, she's the kind of person you need to keep around. THANKS.

Fast service... good food and drinks. My go to... go there atleast 2ice a week. Messed up my order only once otherwise perfect everytime.
Great deli sandwich! Chili was decent and good for dipping. Ordered through DoorDash and it came nicely packaged
