This is my favorite shabu shabu place! Every time I been here, food was fresh and good. It is buffet so you can eat as much as you can. Even though it is buffet, the price seems little expensive to me. Don't forget ask them free dessert ice cream!

To put it succinctly the food is good, but lord the service is absolutely bismal. If you're wanting a great KBBQ experience this definitely isn't it.
Had my first ever Korean BBQ experience here and I LOVED it!!! Ordered from Dinner A (there's Dinner A and Dinner B, [A] being a little cheaper), we got the galbi (marinated flanken style short ribs), the spicy octopus, the bulgolgi (marinated beef) and the smoked garlic pork belly. OMG y'all, the food was phenomenal! Ordered the green grape soju that we mixed with Hite beer which was super crisp and refreshing. Can't wait to go back!
I gave them 5 stars last time. I referred alot of my friends/co-workers to go and check out the new location in Lewisville, but my friends and co-workers were not satisfied. They had new servers that didnt know how to serve correctly. Always came with the wrong orders and took forever for them to receive their meat they ordered. If you don't fix this problem we will go back to Omi in Carrolton . They have by far the best service.
The food is regularly well prepared and tasty, employees gives good customer service. I loved how neat it is and character. Will come back again.
It’s new and servers are not well trained to notice that we have been sitting on our table sitting for 10 minutes. The plates are filthy. I don’t know if they are following sanitary practice. I recommend this restaurant to no one.
Have gone to this AYCE hot pot style restaurant 3X and it has been very good each and every time! Lots of items to choose from and there are 4-5 soup bases to start with. Lunch is the best value, but if you go during dinner time, the menu has more meats to choose from. Otherwise, there are lots of cold items to select from to cook to one’s taste & preference. There is a push button at the table to call for wait staff because they are not very attentive! Of course, you can also set the cooking temperature yourself with the controls at your table. The restaurant also has another room designated for large parties. The only minus is their dessert menu: canned peaches or mandarin oranges. You have to ask for ice cream. (It took us 4 visits before we even knew they offered ice cream and only found this out when another table ordered it. The Staff never offered or mentioned it beforehand!)
