The food was great and Mira was fantastic service, highly recommend! 👍👍👍

“Pick side A for 28.99 charge 37.99 for side B”The service was BAD, only let you order 1 side dish but on the menu didn’t said nothing about it.I touch the control panel to adjust the gas and fan but the lady yelled at me and readjust the settings. When we ask for the check another lady comes and ask if we pay cash or card and then she spread both her hands out to collect the money and her hand was near my face. The check haven’t come out yet and she already collect our card. When the check is out for us to sign it was 37.99 instead of 28.99Also this place served Coke in a can instead of refills it.

Weekend dinner menu is EXCELLENT. Service was great the last time we went. I wish I remembered our servers name because she was fast and attentive. Refills, rice, sides, meat and all ... she was QUICK. I was told that they have been understaffed lately but it's getting better. This seems to be the case everywhere nowadays but all is good.

This is a place you don’t want to missed after a spa day. All you can eat style of Korean bbq is amazing! You can only order up to 3 types of meats on each order, and unlimited side dishes as well. It’s very delicious and clean. The server is so nice and always helpful. Love this place!

It was a wonderful experience in this restaurant. Food, vibe, and waiter (especially for Jenny and Kelly) was excellent ? I highly recommend this restaurant and I will look forward to visit this place again. 개꿀맛 ?

I would not recommend this establishment, especially if you have a large party of people. I wish I could give it no stars because the whole experience left me feeling cheated. To make a long story short, my sister hosted a birthday party for me at this location. Before she left, she spent time going over the bill of each person in our party and making sure all the bills were given to be appropriate party. During the settling of the bills, she noticed that they charged us for two people who did not eat. She went over this several time with the cashier and the server and they acknowledged the oversight. All of this happened unbeknownst to me because I was the birthday girl and my sister took care of everything.Later, the server passed by and asked if the people sitting in two specific chairs had eaten and I told her yes because myself and my sister-in-law had been sitting in the indicated seats. She said nothing else and walked away. All of the members of my birthday party had gone while I gathered my belongings. As I approached the door, the server came to me and said that two people had not paid their check. When I asked her who, she said the grandma which I understood to be my mother who did not eat. I told this to the server and she changed her story. I interpreted this change in story as difficulty with English. Meanwhile, our cashier who appears to be a native English speaker watches the whole situation unfold knowing full and well what was going on. As my husband and I go through the list of people who did not pay, it is obvious that something is either being lost in translation or something deeper in going on. I decide to pay and settle accounts with my family later because the bill is almost $100 and I know that not paying it will lead to an altercation involving police.Keep in mind that I have no clue about what is going on because my only job was to show up. Nothing else and now I am finding my self paying for other people’s meals. When I get to the car, I call my sister and we both conference call the restaurant. I ask for a manager and was told that there was no manager on duty. I don’t believe this because retail/food managers take shifts. Anyway, my sister and I explain the situation to the receptionist who puts us on hold while she talks to the server. Then she returns to the phone and cavalierly says that the server said that I said we would pay the bill when I never said I would pay for anything. Why would I pay for anything as the birthday girl? My only job was to show up. All of the rest was handled by my sister.Needless to say, my sister plans to return tomorrow morning to sort it all out. But I have a feeling it will not resolve itself and I will have to literally eat the cost( no pun intended).I most definitely do not recommend this establishment.

Would be 5 because the food was EPIC, but we didn't get our last call warning so we didn't get all that we wanted out of it.The food was really good and the atmosphere was relaxing.

Their food is good but for some reason they always close 2 hours before of their stated closing time

Manna is my absolute favorite Korean BBQ placee to go. At least once a week. Kelly is awesome and the best! Always makes sure that everything is perfect. Love this place

The BBQ side of Manna is very different from the Shabu side. The Shuba side is always busy, full of fresh food, and decent service, I mean at least with English speaking waiters. The BBQ side is surprising quiet. Prices are good for the variety of meat that’s on the menu. Service though, it’s really really odd. The woman insisted that she could only give us 5 tofu soups and 2 steamed eggs, instead of the 7 soups we ordered, because we had 5 people paying adult price and 2 paying half price. At the end, when they found out we couldn’t finish half plate of beef (which was from our only round of order, without us knowing how big the portions were), she grabbed the supervisor to come and talk to us in English that I couldn’t understand. I imagined they wanted us to pay a penalty. After not getting a reaction from me, they took the beef back to the kitchen!! I wanted to throw up right there. No wonder the meat looked grey instead of fresh red! They have been coming in and out of other people’s plate!
