I don't know where to begin. I came here with a potential date and I was trying to Impress her and show her that I was a pretty genuine guy etc and made sure to be polite. The couple that owns/runs the place are weird, the husband is quiet and stone faced while the wife, "Jen" is erratic and can be scary. When I got the wrong drink and asked her to change it she screamed at me and then at my date for being a "scardy cat", she assumed the drink was actually for her because it was a fruity cider and i was talking up for her. Jen was also racist to two geoups that came in one Latinx couple and one Black family to the point where the couple left after some muttering and death stares and the father of the family talked about how he was uncomfortable. When they finished their meal, as soon as the cutlery was set down, Jen landed and gave them the bill. This was all shocking behaviour to paying customers. What is worse however is how they treat their staff, especially the young staf. In the space of 1 hour and 30 minutes, she berated a young girl until she cried, another girl, presumably an ex employee or another employee, came in to ask about their wages as they hadnt received it and jen again berrates this girl and tells her to get out while avoiding the pay question. Finally Jen spent 30 minutes having a coffee on her phone at a table and when she was finished another employee asked if he could take his break now as he was supposed to go before her. She laid into him screaming, foaming at the mouth and told him to get back to work or quit. I cannot, in good faith, recommend this establishment to anyone with any morals as this couple is horrendous. While the wife was doing all this the husband would come out and stand beside her with his arms folded but stay silent. He would not stop her when she was screaming at a crying minor and I hope something gets done about this.
These people hire minors and treat their employees like shyt. They also are avoiding taxes. If they don’t care about their employees or their taxes, can you imagine how bad they prepare food?
They are racist and disrespectful towards a black lady and also don’t pay their workers . They owe 600 dollars
Awful service e and rude! You should learn to pay your employees properly and have a better respect for those around you.
This place isn’t friendly to POC and refuse to pay their POC workers correctly. Jenny should be fired.
You can see in other reviews that this place is incredibly dirty and seem to only hire rude people i tried going anyway because i wanted to try the food and the food is over priced and disgusting and the seating area was so dirty I didn’t even want to sit down most of what they sell you can find at a Asian market for so much cheaper i wouldn’t risk eating here nothing is in stock and if the front of house looks like this then I can’t imagine what the kitchen looks like I didn’t get yelled at like other reviews but they were obviously talking about me and it made me really uncomfortable especially because i was the only person in there I didn’t ask for a refund i wasn’t rude I didn’t come in late I don’t know what i did wrong but if you want a terrible experience I guess this place is for you
Mango Mango is very discriminatory and sketchy. They held workers checks, refusing to pay them ON TIME which BY LAW (in TX) they can’t do. The manager Jenny is EXTREMELY rude and showed the middle finger MULTIPLE times to customers, even the elderly. SHE EVEN TOLD AN ELDERLY WOMEN “I hope you die tomorrow!” She is very disrespectful. They mainly hire minors and take advantage of them, making some of them work 10+ hours taking back to back shifts as a TEEN. This is not right, stay away from here guys.
Well the ambiance is beautiful and their menu is overwhelming with many choices! They could have gotten 5 stars but the cashier wasn’t able to recommend anything, which is upsetting! BUT, I loved our desserts and so did my friend and her daughter. I just wished you guys had better visuals like a screen that allows you to scroll through pictures of the menu. We had difficulty ordering because the cashier had no idea what items we wanted, she looked confused for like 5 good minutes. She had to come around and look at the menu hanging, and still looked confused and struggled a bit finding the items in her screen, maybe she’s new. I did think our order took too long though as we waited 25 mins for it. I bet they were putting a lot of love into it because it really was very tasty! Will definitely go back to try the rest!
There are numerous varieties of ice cream available with mango and other fruits. Mango-flavored drinks and beverages are available. The strawberry cake and mango dessert I had were very delicious. Would love to return to try different deserts.
It took 50 minutes to get 2 drinks and 1 slice of cake. The cake is already premade. The mango smoothie seemed more like a tea drink, the ice was melted. The melon milk tea was pretty good. But not good enough for a 50 minute wait. I will try the location of Plano next time.
