My wife and I frequent this place, On Friday 6/10/22, I just arrived back into town and my wife and coordinated to meet here on her lunch break. We order two Dos Equis on draft (server brought us two small - very small glass mugs of Dos Esquis-we are frequently served the large goblet mug). We ordered the Fajita Plate for two, when it arrived the beef and chicken meat was smelly and I took one taste of both beef and chicken and it was absolutely BAD-soured meat covered up by the seasoning. We quickly addressed the issue with the server and asked for the check for the beers. No member of the management EVER came to our table. My wife and I will not be coming back to this place in the immediate or near future. WARNING...I believe their cooking out of date meat and masking it with seasoning. So long Los Jalapenos.
Great place to carry out or Dine in! I bought a parrillada for 5 people today, Carry out, and food was fresh as always with home made corn tortillas as usual. This place is really clean and they serve you very generous. Staff is well trained, they make you feel welcomed. I greatly recommend Jalapeños bar and Grill in Carrollton,to family and friends.
WoW - has this place changed! Salsa recipe is way over tomatoey and bland. I know they have changed the recipe but the would not live up to it. We used to go there just to get chips and salsa - never again. Service was terrible. Who serves a Corona without a lime. I asked for a lime and the “waiter” thought I meant “light” and proceeded to serve me a 90 calorie Corona. They never came back and asked about desert or to go for leftovers. We decided to just leave. Prices are way up and so bland. Order was also wrong. Asked for churro beans and they brought gray looking smashed beans. The brought a bowl of liquid they passed off as churro beans. Asked if place had been sold recently? Ugg so sorry this place is sooooo bad now.
Went with my husband and the chicken enchiladas were good, the colby cheese had a after taste..but the white enchilada sauce was amazing. Overall my husband ordered the chicken fajita enchiladas and he enjoyed him. The waitress was really sweet and kind. My second time going and we will definitely go again..try something different everytime with my husband. ?

We found it very hard to communicate with our host. The prices were great and the taste of the food was authentic.Would be great if the improve their service and cleanliness.
I've enjoy going to Los Jalapenos, but in the bar few months they changed their salsa to something NOT salsa, not like bland tomato sauce. Other neighbors have said the same.Something has changed in the kitchen. Some of the dishes are different now.
Amazing food, amazing service. Kinda pricey but not too bad if you got the extra money to spend it's definitely worth it.
Quickly seated and provided our drink order. The live entertainment was cool, but loud. Food and service was average.
