This is the 2nd time this has happened to me in less than 2 months. Pulled up to the drive thru (with 3 cars in front of me who I guess already placed their orders) and asked the woman to give me just a moment to order after she greeted me. She said to give my order when ready. In less than a minute, I gave my order with no response from her. Sat there for about 5 mins and watched the car in front of me back up and leave. Said really loud that I was ready to order and still no response. Car pulled up behind me. After about another 5 mins the car behind me backed up and left. Said really loud again that I was ready to order and still no response. Another car pulled up behind me. I yelled out again that I was ready to order and still no response. I pulled up to the window thinking the intercom system was down. I saw her standing close by and waved for her attention. Instead of acknowledging me, she walked over to the register and was obviously taking a person's order. She opened the window and I explained that I pulled up to the window because I sat there for about 15 mins yelling out to have my order taken and I thought maybe the intercom was down. She tells me, "No it's not down I just took the guy's order that just pulled up. So can you pull back around to the intercom." I just left. Was not going to wait in a line again to be ignored a third time. Should be no stars. Worst customer service that I have ever had. Needless to say this is the same person who did this to me the first time. After waiting for 20 mins and being the only person in line she finally took my order.
forgetful ? i ordered online to pick up. As the food was given and told to have a nice day, I had to remind the lady I got a drink. She asked what the drink was. That’s when I should have checked the bag. but when I came home- I also did not receive my cole slaw and my platter was incorrect. I got the fish, chicken shrimp platter. Correct order should have been 2 fish and 1 chicken. I got 2 chicken and 1 fish…
We ordered the family meal after,we waited in the line for 30 minutes due to the inercome not working.once we received our food,6 out of the 8 fish we're hard as a rock due to double-refrieing the shrimp we're hard along with the french fries the and order came with a side of ATTITUDE!!!! Never again for use.This is the perfect place if you like rock hard food.
They were very busy!! Our food came out hot fresh and not full of oil. It was great. Cashier was super sweet. We will definitely go back to this location!
I had pretty much given up on Long John's after eating at other locations. Old tasting or greasy food. This location was the best I have had in a very long time. Granted it was 4:00pm but the food came out hot and fresh.
We ordered a family meal in the drive thru & the lady taking the order was not friendly at all. After telling her my order, I asked, "can you make sure that everything is fresh?" She didn't say yes or no, she rudely said "anything else?" We were so affended by her tone & attitude, we backed out of the drive thru & went next door to kfc. I see why many of their stores are closing, because your customer service SUCKS!!!!!!! No more long john's for us, ever.
Good food. Ordered an extra piece of fish and they forgo to put it in the takeout.... This seems to be a reoccurring problem at this location. But the first time is happened.
Not many in the area. Nice to run in for a quick bite and wonderful service. Beats Micky D's
Just consider them closed. I tried them on Friday night. Dining room closed due to staffing shortage, drive thru was blocked. This makes 3 different times. The lights are on but nobody is home.
Its never open, it has an erratic open-time schedule no one can predict
