As I stand here waiting on my pizza I’m writing this review. 6/7/22 @ 8:30pmAlexis W, the black lady with locs working the front and back is ghetto as all hell!!! The customer service is horrendous! As I stood in front of the register that she was behind for like 5 minutes she sis t not acknowledge me AT ALL! I was the ONLY one in line! I had to ask “Is this where I place my order?”, before I could be acknowledged! That’s crazy!
Came by for a couple of 3 meat treats today and was not disappointed. Though they may be understaffed currently, they were still kind and courteous, both the woman who took my order and the chef who greeted me as he stepped out for a break, even the other worker who got there while I was waiting and looking like they were a bit harried because they were called in on short notice gave a little friendly nod in passing. Good people here doing the best they can. Pizza came out quick and delicious! I likely got in there just before their lunch rush really hit, so your wait time may vary depending on how busy they get, so please be patient and understanding with them! We're all still recovering from the pandemic, remember that
Highly disappointed in this location. I walked up to the register to order an order of crazy bread. O was told by the lady "we're not taking any more orders" it's Saturday and it was 845pm. I then went to another location to order my crazy bread and asked if I could get the district managers phone number, I was told by that gentleman that they're not allowed to give out their district managers phone number. I asked if I could have a manager's phone number, they said that this store (the one im writing a review for)doesn't have a store manager so it explains the lack of customer service tonight. They had about eight pizzas stack on the counter and whoever was cooking pizzas or whoever was the shift supervisor on duty clearly was under the influence of something as a manager myself, someone needs to figure it out. I hope the district manager does read this review so I can have a conversation with them about my experience tonight. I will not be returning to that location again and it's right across the street from where I live. Also I give this a zero star but that's not an option
A gentleman and I waited 5 to 6 minutes for the cashier to take order. Not sure how long he was waiting before I entered. She takes his order, then walks away and goes to the back. I wanted another 15mins. She didn't come back to the register until another customer came in. I rush, to the counter to order 2 pizza's. She says it will take 20mins. I just walk out at this point. If I was going to wait damn near an hour for a pizza. I could've had it delivered. I drive down the street to another and it only took them 8 min and there was two other people in front of me.
I ordered through their app and the pick up time was set between 5:51 - 5:56. I walking walked in around 5:55. No pizzas in the pizza portal, seeing that they don't use the portal, but instead paste the orders on the wall. I'm seeing orders/tickets fall to the floor. A customer walks in and asked for their order. The employee looks on the ground and finds the customer's ticket and then tells him it's gonna take another 10 minutes. I then see one of the employees eating candy and having hanging out her mouth. I didn't get my order until almost 630. This was on a Thursday evening. I will not be returning here.
Friendly enough. The pizza holder thing with the code is kind of dumb. Just hand it to me. Cool thing is the beer and wine store next door gives a 5% discount with Little Caesars receipt.
I ordered at the wrong time for this franchise location. Long story short, I ordered three pies at 5:55 and walked out with my order at 8:01. It's Saturday so I expect it to be busy, but tonight was ridiculous. I watched a cashier quit her job, told they don't know where my order went to so they had to remake it, then a cook quit in a tantrum and three an assembled pie on the ground that I was later told was mine, so they had to remake THAT one, they forgot one of my sauces, AND the Batman Calzone was a complete mess in the box. Only saving grace was whom I assume was the owner showed up and whipped everyone back in shape, so no 1 star, but I'll be ordering at an alternate location from now on and I wish her the best of luck.
Ordered 3 pizzas on the website, only 2 delivered and one was not what we ordered. They do not answer their phones and the 800 number is a joke. We've left 3 messages and no one has the decency to return the calls or deliver the order we paid for.
Best Little Ceasars location! I only come to this one. Pizza is always fresh, friendly staff. Cheese always strings along after each bite. It can get occasionally busy, so I recommend ordering online.
I every time I ask for extra mushrooms in any other pizza place they give me maybe like 10% more. This Little Caesars actually gives me EXTRA mushrooms and they've got the good pickled kind too. Ready in minutes and their pizza portal system is great. Great job!!!
