I been coming here for the last three years and these last few month have been horrible. A month ago they gave me burnt and hard breadsticks. This last time both my pizzas were burnt and hard. I tried calling them to ask for a different pizza and they would not answer. I called all evening and first thing in the morning no response. Horrible customer service.
Great staff. The lady Mgr. was so Professional when I couldn't find our Order. I only wish All the Lil Caesars would toast the Crazy bread more.
Food is always fresh and hot!! Portions are always on point!! We come from Lewisville to get our pizza at this location!! The little caesars my family will eat
Pizza was ok, needed them for a class pizza party and the students even threw some of it away. Crust looked deformed and for the price increase I'd say it's worth very much $5Staff seemed incompetent, dude didn't know how to count change but whatever, that's what happens when you pay your employees pennies. So I don't blame them for their lack of enthusiasm and monetary smarts lol.If ur in a pinch and need a bunch of people to feed, perfect. If you actually want to enjoy your pizza I'd suggest Cane Rosso, sauce'd, Marco's, Mellow mushroom, pie tap and other niche spots.

Literally uncooked bread, I didn’t realized it was raw, i bit it and threw up. Couldnt even eat my dinner
I give 4stars due to the courteous & warm attitude of one of the assistant supervisors. I think his name is “Donnie”. Really nice & very accommodating! I give God all of the glory for having such ppl in place. He was very nice & it was within an hour of closing time. I asked him to have them use gloves making my pizza & he made it himself WITH gloves & had no problem with it! He also washed his hands after removing the gloves(integral). The only reason i left out a star is because the glass on the door & windows were dirty & the place needs renovated. But my experience was pleasant bcuz of Donnie
They always have hot fresh pizza ready to go!

me dieron mal servicio pizza extra delgada la masa y las orillas muy demaciadas duras y la pizza trai un papel que se cocino con la pizza eran las 9:40 entiendo que ya andavan de malas los trabajadores pero tienen que dar buen servicio y hacer bien las pizzas por eso estoy pagando.
