Lady behind the counter was not professionally dressed but this not the main Issue but she was very polite and offering excellent customer good sales girls1 Plastic spoons were extremely bad quality2 out of chai3. Plates to eat was very low and bad quality4 tables and chairs was not clean5. There was big show case covered with.Black cloth look very bad veryunproffessional6. As far as food is concern was averageNeed improved
Always get the Chicken Biryani from them, its hands down one of the best ive had in the Dallas area. Other than that haven't tried much. But Biryani is definitely a must try. Good and service, friendly staff.
We were craving for ice cream and decided to go here. Since the one in Houston and Irving has good ice creams but never in a billion years I would have thought that they would serve me with something that tasted nothing like ice cream. It would be highly suggested that they remove ice cream from there menu card as it was one of the worst ice creams i have ever had in my life.. ruined my day ?
Worst ice cream I ever tasted!!! I suggest you guys to take out ice cream from your menu option, it might help run your business much better as well. I literary puked after trying their ice cream. I’d better froze some ice in my house and put some whipped cream on it then trying their ice cream ?

Ordered cassata- taste was good but the quantity wasn’t worth the price paid for it. For faluda- I would recommend Agha juice. Chaat was good.
About a year ago I ordered online for pickup. When I went in, there were customers wandering around the restaurant maskless, despite the door sign saying masks were required. The cashier's mask kept sliding under her nose, and she'd tug it completely down before pulling it back up.After standing there for several waiting to be helped, I left without my food rather than further risking my health. I requested refund through Zing (where I placed the order). The restaurant denied my refund and claimed I'd picked up the order.So the apparently they let someone else enjoy the food I paid for. I will never deal with this place again.
Everything at this place is great, but my fav is butter chicken and bun kabab.They to take a while to prepare your food which is great. I would wait for my food rather my food waiting for me
I am from Houston and visiting Dallas and find out that Dallas have also Kwality Ice cream. But this is my worst experience never go back again only mango ice cream is good but all other flavor not have the right taste plus worst customer service also have to wait over 10 minutes for ice cream. They are very quick to take order but to deliver so slow. My worst experience
