I gave the one star becauseTney didn’t fuss at me for asking for a refundI’m watching the guy make sandwiches scraping mayonnaise off of the countertop putting on the sandwich , he pulled his earbud out of his ear and I told him now you need to change your glove and he got mad ( Like why are you wearing earbuds at work anyway.?)Then he gave them their sandwichand he’s making my sandwich and takes The knife he just used and wipes the mayonnaise Off on his soiled apron and then he proceeds to begin to make my sandwich.So I stopped him and I said do you think that knife is clean and he goes yes I do. That’s when I said. I don’t agree and that’s my sandwich you’re getting ready to make so how about let’s make a deal and you just give me a refund.So then Riley, with the jeans that are mostly huge holes. Steps up asked if there’s a problem here and I said yes the cross-contamination here is ridiculous I said I think I’ll just take a refund so she did do that quite promptly. I told her about the knife and she would not even acknowledge it.So one star for the prompt refund and giving me a receipt for that I had to ask forJimmy John’s you need to step up your training! I’m grateful that I’m able to watch them make my sandwich! I guess I could give another half a star for that. LolJimmy John’s 1652. Carrollton thank you no thank you!

The employees do the best they can but the customers can, at times, be endless with so many apartments and businesses.Customer service is EXCELLENT
Was told that because I live “north of Parker” that delivery can only be facilitated during lunch hours. Absolutely ridiculous only being 2 miles from the store and it being the closest (and only) store willing to deliver.
I have never had any issues w this location. I place my orders online. I like that you can customize your sandwich and my order has always been correct. Lately they have been short handed in delivery drivers. There is one driver that always delivers to my apt complex. I do not know his name but he is always polite even though he is the only one on duty in the evenings. He has called on occasion to let me know he is on his way he is dropping off other orders as well.
Extremely disappointed. Placed a sandwich order half an hour ago and stood inside waiting for 15 mins. Mind you, I was the only customer inside. Cashier was busy on the phone “taking care of business”. I don’t mind waiting a few mins but, again, I stood there and waited. I asked when I should expect my order and was addressed in a ride mannerism and told “I’m lucky they are open on a icy day”. I asked for the individuals name and he refused to provide. I asked multiple times and explained why I was disappointed in a calm, and respectful voice. He began yelling at home and I asked another employee what his name was and the other employee walked away. While the first employee shouted “don’t tell her my name”.
They can make you a nice sandwich as long as you don't want any of the added peppers, onions or mustard you ordered.

I go to this Jimmy John's religiously I love it here I love Trevor he's awesome always attentive always check to see if I have anything free food is always made fresh never have a complaint here
I tend not to leave reviews for customer service, because as long as the food is good you can treat me however you want, and I'll come back. However the customer service here is excellent. They're super nice everytime I come in.
