Ordered a sandwich for delivery 35 minutes ago. Nothing being done. I tried calling and they don't answer. I tried the corp. office and they say I have to contact the store. I am ok with them not being able to deliver today because of weather. But I just want to be able to cancel the order then. And nobody will talk to me to cancel the order or refund my money for nothing being done.
Tried to order delivery, 2 hours later I just drove to pick it up. Behind the counter was a mess and the whole restaurant was being run on incompetence. The phone was unplugged so I couldn’t contact anyone nor did anyone try to contact me while I was waiting freakily long…
Site has glitches and defaulted to pick up and new management made me pay 3 bucks on my cc, even though i order everyday and it was not my fault . i miss the old manager.
First time I've ever been disappointed by Jimmy John's I bit into my sandwich and could taste how brown and stale the lettuce was, long before I split it open. Pretty sure lettuce is one of the cheapest ingredients/toppings offered, so no idea why I wasn't given fresh?? Step it up guys. Quality counts. First and last time at this location. There's plenty of others in the area to chose from.
The staff is always so friendly. My heart goes out to these folks. I suspect the issues lies with upper Management. I certainly understand the "labor" shortage, but it would at least be nice to be told if our orders are going to take an unusually long time to arrive. We eat here about 3 times a week and it is basically the same experience each time. Each order we place takes so long to be delivered. I called and spoke to a manager recently to find out what was taking so long and it sounded like the young man was trying his best but did not have the support he needs.
Delivery drivers are always extremely fast and friendly. Awesome location!
My office is close by so my team eats here ALOT. This store has always been fantastic. They’re so fast and have great customer service - even during lunch when they’re slammed. The staff always steps up to go above and beyond in their deliveries and online orders. Really appreciate they always go the extra mile to give their customers a positive experience.

Constant delivery problem. I thought Jimmy Johns was freaky fast delivery. I don't think 45 mins is fast delivery. This has been going on for 6 months or so. Don't accept my order if you are not going to deliver on time. Refund my money if I get a soggy sandwich and diluted drink.
Have ordered from here maybe 15 times and have had no issues. They've been fast and accurate, both ordering in-store and with delivery, meeting all of my sandwich needs.
