They left off 2 key components to my sandwich that are written on the menu, I got the club sub that is supposed to come with bacon and mayo, that was nowhere to be found and I think it is because the girl working the cashier was having me pay before the girl making my sandwich could finish asking me what I wanted on it. I felt like even with the store empty essentially they were rushing us out. The other sandwich I got was fine, the service just has not been consistent the last few times I've gone.
Good sandwich! We had the Big Kahuna. The red peppers were sweet and tasty. This sauteed sandwich is my new favorite.
I DON'T KNOW WHY I TRY to go get a quick sandwich on my lunch break. ARE YALL AWARE that even if you mobile order a good 40 min before you go to pick it up they do not have it done? PLEASE TELL ME how other walk in customers were walking in and getting their sandwiches made before mine. ANSWER HONESTLY, does anyone there monitor the mobile/online orders? NO, YOU CAN'T GO save time and pick up your sandwich, you on? When I asked the guy if my sandwich was done all he said was "IS OK"? And my buddy said, "JUST TELL HIM NO". I just responded with "WILL BE". Before leaving I asked if Ryan Santore was the store manager to which he responded "NOT OFFICIAL".
Was just trying to pick up my giant sandwich and go but no you can't go to this Jersey Mikes for this. IDK why I try to use the mobile app to order if all they do is do everyone else's order in line when I ordered 30 mins ago then make me wait another 20 mins as they complete everyone in line then do mine. I walked in and asked if my sandwich was done to which the young man couldn't answer honestly, then someone in the back said "Just tell him no!" I asked the worker if they answer for him and she said "not officially!!!". Then when I got my sandwich I asked "Is ok?" to which the worker asked "You on?" Taken back and not trying to land someone in the hospital, I say "Will Be" and left. Even though my experience was funny the sandwich was decent. Just going to a different location next time.
I love jersey mikes don’t get me wrong. Literally nothing wrong with the food, or company. But bro this location for sommeee reason, when the computers are “down” they completely shut down the place without a warning. I’ve showed up multiple times like mid day and the door is locked with a lil sign saying sorry for the inconvenience, computers are down. I thought this was every jersey mikes but I contacted another location when this store was closed for that reason and he mentioned that the computers are fine. Something a lil sketch….
the marker on google maps shows up in texas but the address points to Minnesota. im not sure where this place is

Sandwiches are good, but do not order via the Mobile App if you're pressed for time—say during lunch. You're better off waiting in line and ordering in.I have experienced long wait times (45 min+) on multiple occasions even when ordering way ahead of my lunch break.Their catering option seems to further exacerbate the pickup order times. Have ran into this issue a few times also.
Do not order online or through the app from this store, they only work on online orders when there are 0 customers in store. Online order wasn’t ready until 30 minutes after it said it would be ready. Took an hour and fifteen minutes total to prepare.
VERY very poor customer service I placed two mobile orders arrived there and they didn’t even bother to greet us we wait a few mins since it was not in the rack we ask about the orders they say “ in a few mins” we get the first order and than waited a whole HOUR and asked about the second order (counting that we went up to the counter twice to ask and the respond “we are working on it”) all this wait for a cold sandwich! So I asked to cancel my order and a refund well now I have to come tomorrow and ask for the manager so DISAPPOINTED don’t come to this location AT ALL !
