Fast Food Burgers Tacos

I asked for a medium sized coke and they gave me a jumbo cup which doesn't fit in my car and coco doesn’t taste like coke it tastes like refrigerator unhygienic coco water and the drive thru service is terrible and my bill was 19.01 cents and i said I will give her 1cent back and asked her for give me the dollar bill change Which she rejected and dont want to accept the cent and after she gave me the change she just spilled all 99 cents coins all over the drive thru window and where i have to open the car door and take my cents on mid afternoon day and this made me real uncomfortable and awful experience and the sandwich is very dry like they stored that one for me years and big sized chiken meat which is unable to eat and swallow where half of the chicken feels uncooked and I just throwed that half sandwich into garbage and i guess thanks for the service

Don't go here late at night unless you can wait about 30 minutes. They seem to always be understaffed at night, but I guess it's hard to get those shifts covered nowadays. Aside the wait, the food is usually pretty good and the cashiers friendly.

Regular user of the app and pick up service late at night at this location and the worker there has a horrible attitude. intentionally doesn't listen to me when I had an issue one time playing the language barrier card which I finally found out when I called them out for laughing about my order cause it was an hour old and cold. So this time instead of not understanding me I stepped up my tone a little and he literally smiled and asked me, "why I was mad, was it cause of one missing egg roll? Thats nothing." Bringing up the issue I had days before where he ignored me three times asking about a missing egg roll. Writing this review for management since he claimed there wasn't a manager at that store to read and realize they just lost a very consistent customer due to customer service that is malevolent and intentionally insulting to a regular customer which is it toxic as it gets. I am preorder too meaning it is done and paid for and all he has to fo is grab it and add some packets and hand it to me and I have had like 4 negative experiences with him so I wont be going back as long as that person works there. You can see how often I go through this trouble and entertain logic that it must be pretty bad.

I showed up at 5:30 p.m. one of the doors to the restaurant was locked so I walked around the building to the other door and I walked in. The shift leader/manager on duty explain to me that the dining room was closed. He said he was short staffed and couldn't handle running the front register in the Drive-Thru. Total staff present was five through six people. When I got there and when I left there was no more than one or two cars in the Drive-Thru at any time. I asked for his manager's phone number and he gave it to me. So I called Sergio and Sergio set things straight he let me go ahead and dine in since I was in the building already. He talked to the shift leader on duty the conversation was on speakerphone so I kind of heard what was said. Sergio felt that the shift leader could do both front counter and drive-thru considering there was only one car in the Drive-Thru. Seems like ever since covid-19 hit these restaurants are trying to close their dining rooms early because they don't want to clean it try to close their bathrooms because they don't want to clean it. We've got to get past all this. I want to say thank you to Sergio for doing the right thing.

This location is the fastest in the metroplex hands down! They don't mess around and the hashbrowns are always served hot and perfectly crispy. The caramel iced coffee is the way to jump start your morning. The staff is super nice.

Clean, organized, prep right. Foods Quality is better than other locations near by. But, quality of food, service level, speed, etc.. are vary depends on who works there. I was lucky. Sometimes, I just back out because employees never greet customer, just keep looking his her phone, talking.

4:20 2/8 Very disappointed with the service. Only one person in line in front of me and ended up waiting 30 minutes just to get 2 breakfasts jacks and a #26. Hash brown was soggy, but the sandwiches were good. Still, can't believe I waited that long. I honestly thought that because I was practically the only one there, that at any minute, I would have my order taken and my food prepared in a realistic amount of time. However, that wasn't the case. Do not recommend this location. Recommend going to the location on Josey and Goerge Bush.

My family went through the drive through on Wednesday night around 10:00 pm at this location. My husband gave our order and he asked the person to read it back him. He then had to remind them he ordered a value drink. As my husband was driving up, the person taking our order said you wanted a drink? My husband said yes a value drink. The person got mad and shouted at my husband saying “don’t yell at me!!!”This person was terribly unprofessional by shouting at my husband and it was totally unnecessary. Any person waiting on a customer SHOULD NEVER act this way ever!! Thank goodness there were no cars behind us. We backed out and left. We will never go there again.

As far as fast food goes I love Jack in the Box. This specific location always gets my order correct, excellent customer service, and their prices are always affordable. Can't go wrong with some cheap and quick food

Went 9:00PM on a Sunday and the service I had was great. The drive-thru was a bit slow because they’re obviously very understaffed, but the employees had a great attitude. Food was good too! I’m very pleased.
