I stop at this Jack in the box every now and then since I work down the street. I order my food with a vanilla iced coffee. I got to the window paid my 10 dollars. Manager who said her name was Maria was handing me my change which was more than I was supposed to get. I was honest and told her it was way less than what she was giving me. And she finally corrected the change. Not even a thank you for you honestly . Then she gave me my food but was missing my ice coffee. I finally got my ice coffee but I was giving a mocha ice coffee and I asked for the correct one. Manager threw a big fit about it she told me that’s was vanilla and that’s all they had to take it or leave it. I asked for my money back since she had a real ugly attitude and shorted me $3. Never going back I’m sure other business will appreciate my money better.
People working there must hate their lives. If you order the #12 expecting a nicely breaded spicy chicken sandwich with pickles and spicy sauce, don’t. What you will actually receive is the same version of a spicy chicken sandwich (that’s not even spicy) that you’ve known for decades. Comes complete with a not spicy mystery meat patty, mayo, lettuce and tomatoes. Nothing like the picture of the #12 or the “blazin” version of it.Dear manager of this location,Please do not advertise food items on your menu that are not what will be delivered. If you show me a spicy chicken sandwich with sauce and pickles, but I get a not spicy chicken-ish sandwich with mayo, lettuce, tomatoes, and no pickles, I end up being a very disappointed customer. Then I leave a 2 star review - because at least you got the curly fries right. It’s not hard to deliver what you advertise. Please do better.

Quick drive thru... Decent curly fries... Burger on the cheddar bun was passable. Definitely not Whataburger.Location was key here.
I think the Chicken Club sandwich here is very good. Fresh crisp lettuce.
Jack in the Box was my go-to place back when times was tough. Still love going to eat there whenever I visit Texas.
The people are pretty fast. Hard to understand. One likes telling you hold on in a rude manner when asked a question.
I don't know if it's just for the fall and winter, but horrible hours. Other than that, great value fries?
The drive through is not open 24/7 as posted on the windows. The employees will just stare at you. (After Response) I don't need apologies or excuses. You need to say the problem has been fixed. Employees that do not do their jobs need to be fired and replaced. Im betting I could do both of their jobs simultaneously. It seems you need a manager that can take action when needed. However you couldn't afford me, I'm sure. You lost another customer here. Until you do what's necessary it's going to get worse and the location will eventually have to close its doors.
