Jack n the Box is my personal favorite fast food in Carrollton. The food and drinks are good on every visit and the drive thru employees are so quick and friendly.
I can't take anymore buffonery. This is how I see it. If you do t want to come to work and help and have spread attitude then call in or stay home. If I specifically ask for something, and your confirming it then I expect it to be right.Secondly if your out of a product then you force me to get something smaller or bigger, not adjust the pricing, and for the icing on the entire experience, one item of food is extremely hot and the other item look warm. Complete buffonery. Never again!
I've been coming to this location for years as I work in the shopping center behind it but my past time that I went for breakfast just yesterday I asked for a number 22 when I when I get to the window they give me part of my food in my drink and when I ask where's my hash Brown they told me that you have to ask for hash Browns that the combos don't come with them. When I asked to speak to the manager the young gentleman at the windows said he guesses hes the only manager there right now is there right now and that I never asked for a hash Brown and I told him that your combos are supposed to come with aspirants he said no they're not not unless you ask for them and he wouldn't even give me a refund he said I got what I asked for it basically told me I can call the district manager number on the window. I have called that number and no one has gotten back with me I feel and not giving us what we order after thid. like you all are just stealing money

Consistently making errors on orders. I just went through the drive-through and ordered two supreme croissants. Neither one had the bacon on it. The last time they were missing the egg. I love their croissants but I’m tired of being short changed. This location is severely lacking in quality control.
Please let it be known that this is my personal opinion and it is not meant to offend any others already posted. This establishment may not look very appealing to the eye, but what the lacks in building maintenance care; they compensate by honest and super star employees. A young man who was working along side another young man, took our order on 11/21/2020 during what appeared to be their rushed hour on a Sunday. I noticed he was really busy making sure our order was just right, he was also very polite. I realized he fail to return my ATM card, but with trying to rush to get home, it skipped my mind to ask for it as well. The next day, I realized it was missing when I went to make my usual breakfast run at my favorite donut shop. I called this Jack in the box and Lydia answered. She is the Manager. I gave her a short description of my ATM and she stated in a very polite and professional manner that it was there. I thanked her for being so honest and that I was on my way to get it. She received me at her store front very kindly. I explained how we have been homeless and I just started working, and how I was so very proud of the young man for being so honest. I believe I thanked her so many times, for her honesty and the young man who I still yet to get his name. It makes me so proud to see our Hispanic heritage, still staying humble and honest. Lydia, thank you! You now have a customer for life. Make sure you keep that young man on your payroll. And tell your corporate office he deserves a big raise. Wish I can post a picture with this young man for his success story but he is too humble, and has not reached out to me yet. This is my remarkable story just in time for the Holidays. Excellent Job Team!!! You deserve to be the poster board store of all of Texas.
This location has been going downhill. As well as every location in Carrollton and farmers Branch. There use to be quality control but lately its been a place of dry food and stale tacos.. I think I'm finally going to quit going to any jack of a box just like I quit burger king. They just stop trying.

We have always enjoyed Jack in the Box but this visit was an exception. All 3 of us had tacos (which we have always enjoyed)but...these did not have meat and shells were burnt. We won't be back
