I’ve gone there multiple times and the food just keeps getting better and better. Reminds me of being back home. Had an array of foods, such as the cheese empanadas, tequeños, pabellón, cachapa con queso de mano, and pasticho… top it off with papelon con limón oooffff… Them I had the opportunity to get some candy like if I was back home too!!! Definitely will go back yet again…
Delicious. All the staples of Venezuelan cuisine can be found here. The cachapa trio is perfect for those who wants to have a cachapa plus have taste of meat tree styles.
My wife is from Venezuela and this gave her a taste of home. Best Venezuelan food we've had in Texas. Empanadas and cachapa trio were great. Good service. Will be back next time we're in the area.
It was my first time going to this place, I was missing food from back home and they did not disappoint! They really put the CASA in comida casera, I had the “reina pepiada” arepa with the drink “papelon con limón”. When trying a new place it is always good to go with the basics first and if they do really good then you know everything else on their menu will be too. My mother in law LIVES at this place when she’s in town. She grew up in Venezuela, and she knows quality food after living there for decades.And for good reason. This Venezuelan restaurant does a superb job. Every time. Great food, great service, and great hospitality all the way around.
Nice food but the service lacks. You never know whether you're going to get a great waiter or a rude one.Also, they choose whether or not to speak Spanish to you and whether to give you an English-language menu or not based on what you look like which is funny because Venezuelans come in all skin tones. I found it a little harder to find what I wanted on the menu because of how some things were translated.I'll come back, but everything will be ordered via phone and ordered for pickup.

Best authentic Venezuelan restaurant in Texas. If you wanna try Venezuelan cachapas or tequeños this is the right place.
I ordered cachapa with fried pork, first time experiencing the dish and I really enjoyed the flavor of the corn pancakes! Next time will try arepas
Delicious food, awesome service, good music, great prices. My husband and I tried different Venezuelan restaurants and this is one of the best we've been to. After having a total fiasco at "Mordisko Venezuelan restaurant" we decided to give it a try to Hola Cafe and we were very pleased, we totally recommend this place, kuddos to our server Susan, she was awesome!
