I ordered the new Nashville spicy chicken sandwich and as of now, it competes with the poppyes spicy chicken chicken sandwich! I'll have to eat 1 or 2 more before I decide if it truly is better. The sandwich was hot and has a sweet and spicy flavor. Good size for its price ($5.49). The person who took our drive through order was very nice and we got our food quickly.
Gots ta do better!! I bought a spicy chicken sandwich combos for me an my daughters. Thankfully nothing was wrong with our food, but for my drink I wish I could say the same. I ordered a cup of water because I don’t drink NOTHING but water. So what they put in my water I have no idea but this utterly disgusting. Luckily one of my daughters happened yo be curious about my drink. Let alone I placed it in the freezer am completely forgot about it. Imagine if I would have drank this without looking at it first. This is so foul. I encourage no one else to eat here. This is very dissatisfying. My children were horrified like”mom did they put boogers or something in it”? “Were they tryna make you sick?”
Badr is always a great customer service representative. He makes this Golden Chick a great place to visit. The food is always fresh and the bathroom and lobby are always very clean! Thank you Badr and team
I just got chicken tenders from here and they are HUGE like abnormally big, so much so that it made me uncomfortable. the inside was sort of pink like because of how big it was, the inside didnt cook to the proper temperature. it was a waste of money :(. it makes me question what they are putting in our food to make it triple in size? this made me want to go vegan and possibly never eat meat again.

Just had a horrible drive-thru experience at around 6:22 on 3-15-22. Employee working it was rude, and extremely dismissive, and then got upset when we told him their speaker wasn’t working so he handed us drinks with lids barely on and completely overfilled. We could barely hear him as the speaker was cutting out and he started yelling at us, we get to the window and tell him what happened and he just said “yea sure yea okay” and that was it. We asked to speak to manager and he gave us our drinks and left. Will not come back here as long as that employee remains there. I get not liking your job, but just go work somewhere else, and don’t ruin a customers experience because of it. Wouldn’t give us his name but this is our receipt with time and host number and whatever ID they use to log on. Please reprimand your employee for poor behavior, or get rid of them and put someone that actually wants to be there
I purchased roasted chicken. The wing was burnt and The thigh was fried to hard.
Rude staff yell “we only has chickens” when I try to order fried tenders. Must not be chicken then, mystery meat tenders beware! I left without completing my order so I can spend my money where it is appreciated.
GC's Monday dark chicken deal is the way to go for best price. Good, decent size pieces of chicken. Great crispy crust and it's not too greasy. Rolls with jalapeños make it a meal. Josey Lane in Carrollton has best friendly staff.
Food quality is spotty with a tendency to be poor. Customer service is ok. I go a few times a week and here lately, I had to ask for my dipping sauce because they forget it or I’m guessing sometimes they don’t charge me for it so the person at the window doesn’t know I’m supposed to have it? Either way, I feel it’s a hassle to make sure I have everything I asked for.Finally, the cost: 20.00 for two kids’ meals plus one dipping sauce and one side of gravy (the kids meal doesn’t come with sauce or gravy) is a little outrageous.It’s simply too expensive to justify the quality and hassle.
