The chicken sandwich was hot. They gave me a spoon size of mac and cheese to go with my roasted chicken. Roasted chicken cooked to hard. The restaurant on Aupraho cooks the roasted chicken the best for me.February 2022I wanted to try the seafood platter. I ordered the shrimp and fish.The shrimp and fish cooked to hard. I purchased a small Cole slaw and mac and cheese no utensils. I guess I have to eat with my hands.You asked me to give you another chance. Look at this burnt roasted chicken. 03-14-20226/17/22I purchased a roasted chicken dinner. The chicken was cooked prefect,not hard or burnt. The mac and cheese was nice and hot. I enjoyed my food.

Please, please, please dont eat here drive a few miles to another Golden Chick or to another establishment that sells fried chicken like the one on the other corner ...the low lifes here have absolutely NO concept of customer service...it's horrible, right from the manager to the front counter person!!! Horrible, horrible , horrible.. I was there today around 7:15 pm asked for 6 flat wings for my 87 year old fatherand they wouldnt do it...proceeded to give me a lecture and denied it...I drove to another one and spent almost $40!! They don't even deserve a single star!!
Ordered the two piece fish combo. Fried filets were thin and tiny. This is only my second time eating at Golden Chick and my last. Waste of money!
This location on Trinity Mills Rd is not as consistent with quality as the Preston Rd. Chicken had unusual flavor, maybe oil was OLD. Just not fresh tasting. Drive thru guy w/glasses lacks genuine customer skills that Preston Rd local has. I won't be visiting for indulgence again.
The food is good. The service sucks & you always gotta check cause the order is never right. Never. Today I paid for honey mustard & gravy however I didn't check. So once again I paid for things I didn't get. My fault I know but seriously? Every single time? Can you guys ever complete an order?
Fried chicken is just an average. And it was soaked in oil too much compare to other fried chicken stores.What made me upset was the cashier's attitude. He asked me if I want to take roasted chicken so I asked again for fried chicken at the window.There was no cars in front or behind me because it was 4pm on Thursday. I was willing to wait for 8 minutes. As he was giving me the chicken I said, "thank you" and took off without seeing his face. But then I got mad because his body language seemed like he didn't like that I still chose for fried chicken. I guess that was extra work for you but that is how you make the money! Gah.. His arms was not stretched out, I had to go get for it, I said thank you, he said none. His face expression was uncomfortable the whole time. I try not to judge people based on their resting bxxxx face but his attitude was so wrong. And food tastes not that good to me. The breads tasted blended and the chicken meat was salty. I like the opposite. Popeyes is better. Simply, I won't just go back.But please educate your cashier on how to act average. It doesn't have to be super nice but he was just mean.
I like this place the portions are very generous but the chicken that isn’t fried I don’t know what it’s called isn’t very good I had it a few nights ago and it was okay but I didn’t like it very much the rolls are bomb tho
What a great place to dine , best dining experience I've had in many years , the young lady at the register on Saturday fed 5 ,2:45 pm was a great asset to ur copany , she knows her job n sells the buisness with pride . She is definitely rare I. Asuming she maybe a manager and she definitely deserves resignation. Young lady u should be very proud of how professional u are .If I opened a buisness ide hire u in a flash .
