My boyfriend and I went in to place an order to go, and let me just say that Gladys was the highlight of our experience here. This was our first time visiting Fuzzy's. She was attentive, conversational, and all around a cool person to meet. The food was good, but she is definitely the reason I will be going back. There is nothing better than excellent customer service.
I LOVE Fuzzy’s in general. However, this location had a large bone in my pork taco last week. Then today, they left me on hold for almost 10minutes before I gave up and went in to pickup my curbside order. THEN I get home and have 3 instead of 4 tacos, all of them are soggy and 2 of them weren’t what I ordered (crunchy instead of soft). HUGE disappointment past 2 visits/7 days
Great place excellent service Ms. Angel Jones is perfect example of customer service, place was busy she quickly noticed my issue. Was already taking care of it with out me asking. 5 Star service when resturants have declined during covid times, Kudos . Manager promote this woman ASAP!!!!!!!!! She stepped up.
I like the renovations they made to this location. It's way more open and the bar is right at the front. They also added a ton of TV's. The food is good and the margaritas are amazing!
I’m so upset I wasted my money here. Tacos were disgusting. They were dry and had no flavor whatsoever. Definitely won’t be back.
I had placed a pick up order for an office breakfast and had specified which tacos we needed to meet dietary needs. The order was scheduled to be ready by 8:30 am. I got there on time and was told my order got canceled accidentally. I had to wait for them to make the order of almost 40+ tacos. Not only was I late at this point, but by the time I got to the office with the order only 2 tacos were labeled. We couldn't tell what was what so some folks didn't get the right tacos. They did, however, add complimentary chips and guacamole so that was cool.
Went to the Midway location. Poor service. Chips and salsa? No salsa, seriously. Want great tacos, try Torchy’s.
Here on 11/18/21 , and ordered the togo and brisket burrito recommended by Angel ! She was very informative, great attitude and always fast service ! Thanks Fuzzys /Midway ! Will be a regular for sure !
On the whole the food has been good and I never really ran into any issues in 20-30 visits. This past weekend though I got nachos for takeout and they completely left out the queso. Didn't feel like driving all the way back after getting home with the food as it would get cold. Maybe a new employee learning the ropes or something, but it was disappointing, I couldn't eat more than 30% of them. I will be doublechecking my takeout orders before leaving from now on.
Where can't I start. Great food all the way around. I definitely recommend the grilled Mahi tacos, brisket tacos, and grilled shrimp tacos. The margaritas complement the tacos. I'm messing with this spot whenever I'm in town first
