Went in for a quick bite. I took my food to go since I was in a rush. The employees were very friendly but they took so long on my order l order a Hamburger with 2 ingredients and a small fry. They were busy laughing and carrying on. It took forever and I only have so much time to eat. I was already pushing it by taking it to go but I was in a hurry and famished. I'm more upset as to why my little cheeseburger and small fry with a beverage was almost 18 dollars. No. Never again
I ordered two burgers, two fries and a shake online for pickup at around 8:20PM. It said it would be ready at 8:35. I got there and the staff were too busy talking and were moving slow, and I didn't leave until 8:55 with my order. It was not super busy either. : /
The burgers from this 5 Guys are fantastic. I have come here a few times over the years. The down side is there is a 50/50 chance that you will get good service. Today was extra strange though. They said they didn’t have fries. I look around me and everyone has fries and there’s a whole batch of fries in the back. I said out of complete curiosity and confusion— aren’t there fries right there? He said well we can’t sell those. And we can’t use the machine right now.Weird. I don’t know what was happening, but it was just a really weird and awkward situation to be in, without a good explanation that made any logical sense.
First time here at 5 guys. Well I decided yo try the kosher ? hotdog. It was great! Also ordered fries and drink. The fries are seasoned and Also taste great! You can choose your toppings on the hotdog. It again was really good and I'll be back again and try a burger! Also there are no preservatives in their meats. Big plus
The location I went to was less than good. It definitely needs commercial cleaning, overseeing of staff, food mediocre and I spent 0ver 30.00. For some people that's 2 - 4 hrs. worth of work to pay for that wasteful meal. I use to say Five Guys was the best! Not so much any longer...
I usually love this place. I pay about $15.00 for a small burger and fries. The last time I ordered, last week, the quality was not the same. The seasoning was off. The burger tasted like it hadn’t been seasoned at all. I was so disappointed. $15 isn’t cheap for a small burger and fries…
Save time and money and go to sonic for an equivalent burger
worth the money, really enjoy it every time we go.
Unfortunately, had a bad experience for my first time here due to the workers having g a staring problem and not greeting their customers. Was very irritated coming here for my first time. Wouldn't recommend.
Burger and fries were great. A little on the pricey side at $10 a burger. Yet, we still enjoyed.
