My mom bought 3 different rice cakes from here and we tried one and it was rotten. It tasted spoiled. The other two were fine. She called the store to let them know that one of the purchases was spoiled and the lady was nice and said that they will give us credit, so the next time we come in they will provide us a free rice cake to make up for the rotten one. Maybe 5 minutes later the lady calls back and states that she tried the other rice cakes at work and that it was fine, asked us to come back to the store to see the problem.
