This dunkin donuts has treated us well in the past but oh, how it's fallen. We've gotten donuts before that have been old and hard or even donuts that have tasted a bit stale but today takes the cake. We get our donuts and the lady says "they're a bit melty so I kept the paper on them." We thought that the frosting was just a little sticky to the bag like normal so we didn't worry. Oh, how we should have worried. We get to where we need to and open the bag. The frosting wasn't melty, it was melted. Completely melted and everywhere in the bag. It was to the point that if we wanted any frosting at all, we would have to lick the bag. All the donuts were ruined. Dunkin donuts used to be my go to donut place, but not anymore after this
I was in here earlier today, after having a rough time dealing with a bit of a road bump in my life, looking for a pick-me-up treat in the form of a donut. The woman at the counter (I apologize for not remembering your name, I'm terrible at remembering names, and need lots of repetition seeing and hearing them until they stick in my dumb brain), she was an absolute delight! She was so sweet and kind and all smiles! Helped to turn my day around! There was a sample of a part of a donut for patrons who who walked in, the Baker's Choice? I think that's what basket it was in, seems like one that changes from time to time, it was a little sample of a strawberry frosted jelly donut. Now, at first, I was looking for an apple and cinnamon one, but they were out for the day, second choice was a lemon jelly donut, and she mentioned it. Now, the bite I got was mostly strawberry frosting, and I misunderstood thinking it was a strawberry jelly donut. I was wrong, and I regret not getting more of them! Such a simple, yet effective combination of strawberry frosting and lemon filling, to make a DELICIOUS strawberry lemonade donut! It was a phenomenal suggestion and I just wish I had gotten more of that one instead of just going for a wider variety of flavors of different donuts. It was great, and helped turn my otherwise bad day from earlier into a much better one. Thank you so very much! And management, if you're reading this, give her a raise! She was truly wonderful with her customer service and was very helpful and patient with my indecisive ADHD self!~PS: I noticed after posting that I am the 420th review for this place. My favorite coffee! And my pups love to get treats
Today we went to this Dunkin Donuts to collect my daughter’s free birthday drink. We were having a few issues using the app, but the young lady told us to just drive on to the window. We did. The lady had brown hair and was wearing glasses. We went a little after noon. The young lady was very kind and cheerful and wished my daughter a “Happy Birthday!” This was totally unlike the Schlotskys/Cinnabon drive thru we went to on the same day at Beltline and Marsh. The white male, with glasses, greying hair, and lazy-eye was incredibly rude. Avoid that place! On the other hand, the Dunkin Donuts will get much more of our business for their great customer service and good attitudes!
The employee was so nice told her I never had coffee here and only come for donuts and she ended up making me some good coffee even for my sweet tooth self ?
My first time at this location, and I loved the energy of the staff this morning. The cashier who helped me was so friendly, energetic, helpful and so patient with my daughters who had a hard time deciding on what they wanted. Additionally, others who helped us did so with smiles on their face!
We arrived around 1pm, WELL after the morning rush. Even though the restaurant was short staffed (per the help wanted sign in the front door), they were very friendly and helpful with our choices. The coffee wasn't burned as I was half expecting since I just ordered a brew. We will return when we get our Dunkin craving!
I ordered a breakfast sandwich and it wasn’t in the bag, I ordered 2 donuts and they were also not in the bag. I got an iced coffee and it was tea. Had to drive back 25 minutes. My order only had a few items and none of it was correct.
this is the dunkin closest to my house and i always love getting dunkin in the morning. i work at a coffee shop so i get that the industry is stressful and i always try to be nice but im always met with abrupt and rude responses. i love how convenient this location is for me but the people here are always so rude it reminds me each time i go why i shouldn’t:/
IF the donuts are fresh, they are perfect every time. However it’s ALWAYS a coin flip if you’ll get a tasty fresh donut or something hard, dry, from the freezer the day before. Consistency is key for customer satisfaction
