Where is the Zero stars option? I did not gain the opportunity of a great experience. Option was given for delivery online, I was told no delivery available & I need to pick up but then I get a call from door dash that they are there for my order. Lots of barbecue sauce was ordered, zero was given. Potato orders did not come with individual condiments, I had containers for others to dig into & share. We had to ask for boxes to be labeled for easy distribution, it’s 9 orders how am I supposed to know what is in each box & people don’t want me all in their food. Worst 1st experience, enough for me to NEVER try it again. I said 9 orders so 8 additional people have also expressed bad experience & do not plan to return.
If I could give less than a quarter of a star I would. I went to Dickey’s in Walmart and the guy obviously didn’t know what he was doing. Not only did he not know what a chopped beef sandwich is, he didn’t know how to cut the meat. He didn’t know how to cut the fat off, and I asked him for a sloppy joe, and he didn’t know what that is. Obviously he’s not from Texas because if was, he would have known. Long story short, I will not go back to Dickey’s
First of all I love Dickey’s however this was my first time purchasing from this location and let me tell you guys it was really bad service , Hispanic guy wearing glasses working by him self catch an attitude while I was ordering seem he don’t wanna be there or he was mad because I place my order , he seems bother, never coming back
I was surprised and delighted when I walked into Walmart and saw a Dickey’s. I had to try it out. Happy to say that the food is the same, just as delicious as always. My brisket was perfect.
On 1/16/2022 at 10:00 am, I placed an order for my meal to be delivered at 11:30 am. Only to receive a text from the delivery driver at 11:20 stating that my food couldn’t be delivered because, the store were out of the items I ordered. I then called the store and spoke to a rude employee that said Dickey’s doesn’t deliver and he couldn’t find my order so, I cancelled it all together. Fast forward to today. The website clearly states that the opening time is 11. I called to place an order at 11:08 am, only for the SAME guy to say he’s the only employee in the store and he literally just walked in so he couldn’t take me order. This facility really gives Dickey’s a bad name!! Close the facility or hire new staff IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!!!!
I went after Walmart shopping. I ordered pork sandwiches it was so dried and nasty. I will never go there and I want to let people know that don't even try at all.
Unfortunately I can't give this location a good rating. Service without a smile, no fried foods on the menu anymore and the brisket we ordered was cut from the worst end of the brisket - very fatty and no lean meat.
The food is good and hits the spot after walking around a Walmart. Two stops in one...eating and shopping. The brisket is delicious, not too dry but tender and juicy. Pulled pork sandwich is perfect for the quick bite. No rude employees just courtesy and knowledge. Love it.
Wow! I have never seen a Dickey’s in a Walmart but I’m glad I have. Not only can I get my shopping done, but, I can get a great lunch too! Everything was cooked to perfection. The flavors were great and the service was really nice! Very professional and respectful. Will definitely be returning
Went in there just this past weekend and ordered burnt ends. I got nothing but fat on it, didn't even get my roll and when I did, it was all hard and cold. While we were there another customer came in and got a side but didn't like the price so he left. The worker had dumped the food back into the container when it should have been trashed. The worker doesn't even communicate that they don't have something before getting the meal. Very unprofessional. This place needs to be shut down.
