Good food and friendly service
I used to be a big fan of Dickeys Bbq until I went to this location and got the jalapeño sausage.. (As a reminder I ALWAYS get the same sausage and have for years) so I know what it looks like. When I got to my car they didn’t look right or smell right. So I took them back in and he said they were green bc I’d the jalapeños… NO sir not true it’s bc these are OLD! He then replaced them with fresh plain sausage. Sorry but jalapeño or not meat should not be green and I’m not eating it! Nor will I support dickeys again.
Family and I were craving barbecue yesterday for a late lunch. We were not disappointed! Ribs were incredible and I had forgotten that kids ate free - added bonus! We'll definitely be back
sliced brisket today with their big yellow cup promotion...had it for lunch. this place is perfect for me to swing by during my break cause I can get it quickly and I know it's going to be great
A female worker perhaps named Angelique (she hesitated to give out her name), was very rude and unprofessional.She refused to fulfilled the complete orders despite of me showing her all the order receipts and even my credit card charges from Dickey's. Matter of fact, she didn't even want to see them and being so rude about it.She kept saying that she didn't get other tickets for our other orders. I told her that I don't know what are dickey's process of getting orders. All I know is as a customer, I ordered 4 sandwiches on 4 different order (4 in the family) separately, have proof but yet she refused to fullfill them. She even went further by mentioning if there're customers like me asking the same thing. I responded that how is that has anything to do with me. I have been goiing to Dickey's for quite some time and never been disrespected like that before.There are 4 different order receipts, my credit card charged 4 times but only 1 sandwich received. I have filed my complaint to customer service. She said that the owner will call about this but of course nobody has contacted me.
The crew at this dickeys did a remarkable job. It was our first time at this location and they really took good care. They were very friendly and the guy cutting the meats was a real pro. I really enjoyed the sausage plate with fried okra, yum!
I love coming here the food is always consistently good. My favorite think you order is the pit dip sandwich and they always get it right at this location. I lol be back !
I really liked the marinated chicken today. I wanted something different but I wasn’t too excited about chicken. They talked me into it and I’m glad. It was super tasty.
This review is specific the Hebron location in Carrollton.If there were negative stars allowed, this franchise would deserve it.I wouldn't feed what I was served to my worst enemy's dog.The preparer chopped up a bunch of sinew and connective tissue and put on my pulled pork sandwich. The fact that it was chopped indicated it was intentional.Dickies should revoke this franchise.
Food tasted great.Guy cutting the meat didn't seem to want to be there.Ordered 2 potatoes and 1 meat chicken plate. He had to go back and get the chicken and didn't seem happy about that.I asked for extra sour cream on one of the potatoes and got maybe a total of a table spoon. Not extra, total. Looked like they were running low and he didnt want yo bother with getting more sour cream.They also forgot the sweet tea I asked for.Again food very good, service not so much.
