We come here because Coppell location is rarely open and frequently doesn't have ice cream. I've always been lucky enough to catch them open, but their staff is very rude unfortunately.
This is what my burger looked like when I unwrapped it... absolutely disgusting.
My first time at a DQ. The frosty was delicious and the fries were tasty.. that's it. The burger patty was so thin and looked nothing like the advertised one.
Ordered number 5. The grilled chicken sandwich was over done and tough to eat. Tasted like shoe leather. Will not be going back. PS they never answer the phone.

They are either very slow, out of an item, or the food is served either cold, burned, under cooked, etc. The blizzards are the only thing that is consistent. I ordered two bowls of chicken and dumpling, but they only had enough for one. The one I received was so watery you could see the spoon through the broth. Also ordered two Tacos and the meat was old and cold. Thanks for ruining my dinner.

Great place, ignore the calories and get the Dude and a Shake, then a nap. Drive through moved pretty quickly tonight. Even the moon was here tonight.
This is the second time I've gone and gotten charged for extra toppings and received a sloppy product. This time I told them to remake the sundae, then received a sundae with slopped up mess. This was the same crew that works during the night shift.
So my grandson loves McDonalds ice cream cones. You never know what shape the ice cream will be, so sad, So I told him if he wants a real ice cream cone that looks like an ice cream cone should look you gotta go to DQ. They specialize.getting that ice cream cone tip just right.
