DON'T call in an order at this location if you have limited time. Called in an order for lunch, supposed to be ready in 10 minutes. Took about 12 minutes to get there w/traffic. Np, right? Not so, after waiting about 5 minutes, was told "let me check". After another several minutes, again told not in the system. So on my lunch hr, I had to go somewhere else, after already wasting about 20 minutes. Thankfully Qdoba is across the street..
Went to dinner last night 04/16/22 with my parents and had the worst service ever. I could not believe it. The waitress did not care about anyone. We waited over 15minutes until she got to the table to help us. Knowing we were there because she walked past us 5 different times. Another waiter brought our food, waited for the waitress about 10minutes still didn’t come and finally said I will do it myself. That is very frustrating. My parents food was cold mine was hot. We told her we wanted the check and she brought it 10minutes later, my dad said here you go, to hand the credit card and she walked away never came back, we waited over 20minutes. Finally had to get up and walk towards the door/bar before she even acknowledged us again. She doesn’t deserve a 1 star she deserves zero if I could just like the tip she received $0.00. I am very disappointed this use to be one of the best places and service use to be excellent! Not sure what happened but it sucks now days!
My husband and I went in for a late lunch. Place was not busy. Service was bad; chip bowl wasn't refilled, entrées were cold, and drinks weren't refilled. The food would have been really good, had it been hot, but neither of us wanted to wait that long. I got fajita nachos and they would've needed to be re-made. My husband's enchiladas were basically dry, hardly any sauce.
Finally talked my wife into trying the Carrollton location one more time as she had long been put off by the greatly varying quality over the past 5-10 years and she only wanted a bowl of soup. I forced down a lukewarm plate of mixed (chicken and beef) enchiladas and almost cold pinto beans as my wife only had the soup and I didn't want the delay. Long story short, I ended up with the worst case of food poisoning in 30 years from cold, below average food.IMHO, this is now the worst Tex-Mex restaurant in Carrollton and we had been going to this location since the early 90's. Never again.
I was very excited to try this place. Unfortunately the night manager on 3-19-22, Jorge, gave my food to the wrong uber driver. Which is totally understandable, you have a lot of online orders and they can get mixed up.The problem arose when instead of fixing the mistake and remaking the food for the right driver, he starts to argue that I need to figure out who picked up my food.At no point in an uber eats order is the customer responsible for a mistake made at the restaurant by the restaurant's staff.Jorge is halfwitted and rude. I have had this mistake happen at other places and they just do the right thing and remake the food for the right driver. When the staff here has been trained properly for online orders, I will be ready to try it.
My husband and I frequent Christina's. The food is always good. Would definitely recommend.
Cristian's use to be the place to go. Leo the manager, his attitude is as bad as the server Nahomy. Hopefully the owner or owners will see this and put a stop to this behavior.The place is beautiful, but the service and management are 100% horrible.Reading other reviews, others have experienced the same encounter as my table
Margaritas are amazing. The food is good. The queso is delicious. The enchiladas taste so authentic. The refried beans and rice tasted funny to me, guessing because its premade. But overall, not bad. I still prefer Chuys though. I didnt see anything different about this Mexican restaurant that others don't have. The staff is very friendly though & the service is great.
The food is pretty good but the service is horrible. I’ve been twice so far and each there hasn’t been a hostess at the front door so i had find someone to be seated. The waitress/waiters never come back to the table i always have to find someone to give me my receipt and then find someone again to take my payment.
Great food. I will highly rate this place.
