The bubble waffles are really good here. I've done a few different ones, but have enjoyed the mixed berry one which includes cream and a variety of berries. Service is friendly and prices are about normal for what I'd expect. They are located inside the HMart, so it's easy to stop by and get a snack while you're doing some grocery shopping.
Take a right once inside the Hmart in order to find this place. They have an assortment of different sweets. I do wish they had more displays/pictures of how each item looks, but the lady working there was helpful in explaining things to me.

Never disappoints. Great flavor and texture from the waffles. Apparently they use rice flour? Good stuff with fresh fruits to go with it. Their ice cream is pretty good too. Always happy with their waffles!
Very clean and nice atmosphere.. First time trying Boba. I ordered the matcha tea with passion fruit boba and it was delicious.
Service was great, and the place was very clean. The crepes they serve taste awesome, along with the smoothies they also make.If I ever go back to H Mart, I'll be sure to at least get something here when I visit.

The desserts are super super good! A++. It is a bit pricey though! Overall it's great
