I've been here a couple of times now and I must say this is my second favorite Korean fried chicken (KFC) in town. Their chicken is juicy and well-seasoned, and the garlic soy sauce is amazing!The prices are similar to other KFC in town, around $25 for a whole chicken. They have a variety of options on their menu, from the special snow onion, original, tikkudak (oven baked?), and the basic wings & tenders. They have more flavors when compared to other restaurants as well, such as curry, red hot pepper, and cheese monster!Their small size is enough to fill me up. I usually get wings by myself or split a whole chicken with my boyfriend if we want two different flavors. I love their soy garlic spring onion sauce! It's a little spicy, but also sweet and flavorful. Their garlic spicy is definitely spicier than I expected, and I can handle spice pretty well. Their chicken is crunchy on the outside, but juicy & easy to tear apart when you bite in. The spring onion is definitely a must when eating KFC. Adding cold seasoned thinly sliced onions to hot fried chicken makes it the perfect combination.They fry their chicken fresh per order, so prepare to wait about 20-30 mins to get your food. I usually order a side of fries to snack on while waiting, and it's big enough to share with 4 people. Service can be slow since there's only one waiter every time I visit. Still, I'd recommend giving them a try if you're looking for a place to eat!
OMG! Where do I begin!? Everything was so flavorful! When it says spicy it’s definitely spicy but amazing! Will definitely order again! We LOVE this place!
For my first time trying Korean fried chicken, I enjoyed it. You are able to order boneless and bone-in, and I got the bone-in. The portion was great. I got about 15 pieces I believe don’t fully remember maybe more. The price is $20+ so it’s reasonable for the amount and quality you get. The fries are good as well. I got the waffle fries and they tasty. I would say one basket of chicken could fill two people but unless you’re able to eat two whataburger sandwiches then one basket would fill one person. I only took off a start because of customer service. The service there is pretty dead. Walked in and no one was there took about 5mins or more for someone to come seat us or just come out. They didn’t really do anything with water filling. If your able to ignore that then you’ll enjoy the place.I would recommend this place for the food, but know the customer service is poor.
I was always curious to see the difference between American fried chicken and Korean fried chicken. The Korean fried chicken is way better and CM really shows you how good fried chicken can be. Was so happy to see a location open up in Asia Times Square since that is closer to me. The Carrollton location is great but the Grand Prairie location needs to be stocked better because they either run out or don't have items available.
I've been having weekend chicken dinners from this place for 4 weeks. You can say that I love Korean style fried chicken from this restaurant. There are not a lot of choices of Korean fried chicken in Dallas but even so I can guarantee that CM Chicken is doing it right.I mostly order from Doordash and I appreciate that they pack their items very well we never received it damaged or cold.
Try the garlic soy wings mild and spicy. You won't be disappointed. It's amazing!
Would absolutely recommend the snow onion chicken. Comes with a savory sweet sauce and onions topped on crispy fried chicken.
Ordered the Red Hot Pepper Chicken. It was AWESOME! We ordered the whole chicken and finished it all. Can't wait to come back.
Food : Good portion and very deliciousStaff : Could use more staff. On weekend evening, only 1 person attending every table, which led to very slow service. Wanted to order more food and drinks, but decided to go to another restaurant since we didn't want to wait 20 mins for beer.
Okay, first of all mouth watering. These wings are a work of art. We got the original garlic soy and garlic spicy. We ordered the calamari and were extremely surprised of how good it tasted.
