I was skeptical at first but when I had the shrimp and chicken strips I was surprised how good it was.The shrimp is fried with a little bit of a pepper flavor that I love,, the chicken was moist and juicy , not like most chicken strips that have a good crust but dry as West Texas sand.Serice was fast and friendly.Next time I get a craving for fried shrimp, I am going here.Was pleasantly surprised.
I visited this location Friday, ordered the chicken tenders and shrimp meal, they forgot the biscuit, the chicken pieces were thin, the shrimp, I felt wasn't cooked well. I threw them away. I just ordered the 3 piece chicken meal, they forgot my mashed potatoes! I did get my biscuit this time! I'm a little upset, this is my dinner for tonight and it's incomplete. The fried chicken was delicious as I was biting into the drumstick, I found a hair !! So gross! I don't think I'll be going back to this location.
Have been going to this location for awhile now and never had a problem with the service or the food.Good is always hot and freshly made.
They messed my food up earlier and would not answer the phone. So I had to go all the way back up there only to get it remade with no gravy on my potatoes! Gas is too high to be driving 4.5 miles twice just to be disappointed. Edit: the chicken I had earlier, as well as the 2nd chicken is dry and over cooked. The bone was black and very hard.
We stopped in for a late bite after some softball. The food is always fresh and hot. The Sweet Tea is always on point and I must say the customers service we received in the drive thru was stellar! The woman was polite and courteous and the gentleman who handed us our food was super nice as well!! Too many time places get bad reviews but we fail to give the good review when service is above and beyond!! Id give the service 6stars If I could!!
I don't care what no one say. I love me some spicy Church Chicken. That was my Daddy favorite place ❤️
Had to wait like 5 min in line which was no problem but the employee was very rude and I literally heard him curse at the next customer in line. I get that he probably hates his life working at Church’s but that’s not the customers fault. Very unprofessional and this is the first and last time I will visit this location.
The chicken was nasty bad customer service cashier Hispanic woman was very rude I would never go back and wouldn't recommend anyone there I wouldn't take my dog there to eat chicken was cold disgusting
Church's chicken is always great service, fast , and delicious ... I've eaten at this particular one many times and havE LITERALLY NEVER had any issues with them ! Props to the management and staff ??
Sat in the drive through for 20 minutes after being told hang on then was asked to pull around the font because the kid working ( the one who didn't take the order for 20 minutes) forgot to drop the fries. The older gentleman working tonight seemed to be the only one of the 3 doing any work while at the same time trying to fix the kids mistakes. PLEASE get this man some descent help there is nothing worse then running a business alone with 3 people on the clock. All 3 stars go to the single competent employee working tonight.
