A better CMG location. Food was prepared well, generous portion and friendly service. Also all items were in stock. Next time I'm in Carrollton I will return to the CMG. So much better than other locations!
Upset that we paid 21$ for brown uncooked rice bowls. that were supposed to be pollo asado, there was barely any pollo, just rice, beans and guac, not even any fajitas veggies, couldn't take it back, highly disappointed, maybe we went to late, I dunno ?
Got through a line of 5 people and as I then got to the front to order, I had another 30 minutes to wait for the barbacoa once I asked for it, then they noticed there was not enough.. That's very insufficient and very inadequate to catering to customers that are ready first hand at the shop as they weren't ready for us. So with time, I had to leave. Can your staff please look more into making sure the food bins are full or to a quantity so that, it doesn't go out on customers who can't get their right amount served right away.
Order a burrito online. When I got home with the bag noticed it was a bowl. Manager said she had people in training and can't remake a my order for free until the next day
I like chipotle food, however their RICE IS 90% OF THE TIME IS UNDERCOOK. Everything else is good. THE DAMN RICE NEED TO BE COOK THROUGH.
I’ve ordered from this location maybe 20+ times, the majority of the orders have been correct with good portion sizes. Only a handful of errors here and there, which are understandable and have immediately been remedied when brought to their attention. No complaints.
Food was old and dry, wish I would have taken pics, lettuce looked like it was days old, the most horrible chipotle I’ve ever been to. Food area wasn’t clean. If someone was to start a company like this they would definitely put them out of business because the lack of portion they give you
Service is terrible. Employees are on their phones playing games while one person prepares the bowl while the line is 8 people long. Saw an employee sneeze right next to the sour cream and corn and then not change their gloves or wash their hands. Also they claim to be out of stock to some people and then turn around and tell the next person they have that item. Felt wrong
I ordered bowl. He gave me too little stuff of bowl than other people. I saw that he gave it other people. They got full of bowl. I felt very bad. And I felt discrimination against.
Love this food chain, this location is quick and efficient. Even if their is a line in the facility it moves quickly. Food is always fresh and tasty.
