The food was what we expected at Chili's but we had to remind the server of things asked for but not delivered. We would have consumed more adult beverages but our drink glasses sat empty on the table for 15 minutes or longer before we flagged down waitstaff asking if we could get another round.On our second visit within 3 days we learned, after being seated, happy hour pricing is only available in the bar area of the restaurant, not in general dining. Odd policy from my experience and one I don't think the waitress who lost our table was very happy with.I would only go back for quick lunch, and certainly not for drinks.
Great food and very fast service
I come here very often. At least three times a month. I always try to get Castor for my service. He’s always super nice, and takes care of the large crowd with ease and no complaints. Not to diss the other servers I’ve had.. they’re great too. But Castor is my dude!Thanks for always making our improv group feel welcome without hesitation.
The bar is decently clean and the bar staff are friendly and attentive. When I come here I only sit at the bar. The main restaurant is old and drab and consistently smells like mildew and the service always seems to lack. The mens bathroom??…probably the worst bathroom ever, equally as terrible as any down town bar bathroom. Food is to be expected, as good as any Chilis is.
I had a good time here with my family. The food was delicious and hot. Not bad for the price ,it was worth it. The service was great and very friendly. I'll be back..
The food taste good. I just wish it was served hot. Not luke warm as if heated by a heat lamp. One day I figure someone will learn what the temperature setting means.
We always set in the bar. Staff is attentive and food is always good. The chips and salsa are always fresh. The bar drinks are great. I always get the Titos Punch. Try it if you like fruity drinks. The bar b q brisket quesadillas are amazing. that is what I order every time we go.
This is our go-to chilis and we met someone relatively new.Natalie was extremely helpful and attentive. She was getting pulled in every direction and still did everything we needed. With a party of 7. Thank you so much Natalie. You are appreciated in this time.
