Chick-fil-A has the best drive-thru service. They have the process down to a science and the workers are always so polite!
Actually initially drive-through mess up my order. But, as usual the manager immediately gave me a fresh order and I left very satisfied.
I placed my order online to pick up. When I arrived I clicked the "I'M HERE" button as directed. I had all my food and drinks with in 5 minutes back in my car on my way home in all of 8mins. Idk how they do it, but there's never a long wait and the food is made correctly and quality is on point. I love their chicken sandwich, no butter, but add bacon, pickles, lettuce and ketchup with their Peppermint milkshake. OMG, the best and it was just as good as Chick-fil-A in Dallas. No disappointments in my household. ???

There will be a long queue during lunch hours. But trust me , it will be quicker than it looks. The staff here is very quick and preparing the order and usually up to the standards. Always generous with the sauces
I’m a third party food delivery driver, I told the store manager which customer I come to pick up for. she told me right away we’re working on it without checking on it. After 25 minutes waiting, I decided to ask another lady and she gave it to me right away. The food was ready for picking up and sitting right there even before I arrived, so sad for their customer who waiting at home and got the cold food.bad customer service !

The food is always cooked to perfection and the customer service is great! Employees are super friendly too! I love this CFA location! Never had a bad experience!
