This nitrogen frozen Ice cream blew me away! Great variety of flavors not found at regular ice cream chains. I ordered the Sun, Moon, and Stars flavor and was not disappointed. My girlfriend got the Thai Tea and was equally as impressed.

Super creamy ice cream!Tonight's dessert for me featured a small sized Sun, Moon & Stars which has a nice blend of oolong, jasmine, and green tea. I loved how floral it was and had just the right amount of slight sweetness. The sprinkles on top were pretty as well.I also tried the Double Shot Belgian chocolate and Salted Caramel Pretzel flavors which I also loved.This location is fairly new and very clean. Love the nitrogen concept!
Tried the Chocolate and the Salted Caramel in a Red Velvet Puffle and loved it! The ice cream is so soft and creamy, the best in the area.Definitely coming back again!

It's honestly one of the best ice creams I've had in a long time. Great ice cream, lovely place, and lovely employees. Incredible how its made & the flavor is so incredibly delicious.
Very mediocre. Tastes just like I bought a tub of ice cream at Walmart with a price increase and significantly less bang for your buck. Not bad by any means, but not worth nearly 6 dollars for a small when I can get a tub of basically the same thing at Walmart for cheaper.
My daughter and I wanted ice cream. She loved the S’more with Oreo crumbs. She said that the chocolate is smooth, light and creamy on her palate. It tasted like a s’more and the Oreo crumbs mixed in with the chocolate was a great combination.A classmate made me Vietnamese coffee a few years ago and I loved it so I knew I would love the ice cream. Cauldron did not disappoint! The texture is light and refreshing. It was also more than enough ice cream for us. I must also add I like the decor and the music they were playing Jill Scott and sounds like her. The reason this is not a 5-star review is that we were under the impression that working in this capacity was a new experience for the young lady that we encountered at the counter. We engaged her initially. Once we did she was helpful with answering our questions. Tip for her or any any newcomer: Consider asking people if it is there first time and recommend some of your faves. Shout out to the young man that made our ice cream and for allowing me to post your picture publically!
What's better than Instagrammable food? Instagrammable food that tastes as good as it looks! The service was really good and they have a variety of flavors. It has the perfect sweetness and creaminess! The sweetness is not overpowering and the texture is not too runny or too tough. I can't wait to try the other flavors.
