I love BWW, the wings are the best.Of late, I have noticed that the service quality has gone down. Recently, I went there a couple of weeks ago with my family. We had to wait for 30 min for someone to just take the order, and 30 min for the food to arrive. And when my kid wanted an ice cream, I asked the server to get one, he did not come back until 35 min, and called him again to check on the status of the ice cream, he said there is no ice cream.I don’t blame the waiters, they probably are burnt out.I want the management to know the feedback.I am definitely not going back to BWW
Such poor service. I ordered through a delivery service and called within 30 seconds of my order being placed to make a request I couldn’t through the app. Cooking hadn’t begun but because the ticket was “closed” which I’m assuming comes that way when from a delivery app - they wouldn’t modify. When asked why, it was because tables were just sat inside - clearly stating that dine-in guest are more valuable. Not to mention the order did not arrive correctly even for what was placed through the app. In service or sales, your ultimate job is to provide solutions.
Wonderful service and great wings! But unless you’re a penguin missing the North Pole than I’d recommend going else where. I had me heart set on the chocolate cake for dessert but couldn’t bare the temperature any longer. It may be a tactic to have people in and out but we’d plan to enjoy some drinks, appetizers, wings, wedges and dessert had it not been so freezing.
Nice Buffalo Wild Wings. I called to place a take out order. The employee was very friendly and helpful over the phone. The wait to pick up was a bit long. The cashier was having trouble with the computer retrieving my order. He had to take the change out of a another order. He said, I normally don't do takeout orders. There should be a employee up front to greet guests and retrieve orders.
Our server Brian which it says on the receipt was being very slow after a while we asked for desert but after 10 minutes he hadn't brought our desert yet it was cheesecake and ice cream when we asked about it he held his hand up telling us to wait and walked away after we waited 5 more minutes for it we just asked him to cancel it and had some other guy deal with us cause he didnt want to. Also our food was served cold wings and fries he didnt even serve it to us some lady did
Visited last Thursday with family for the BOGO boneless wings deal and was told supplies were out so the deal was unavailable. There didn’t seem to be any supply issues when we ordered 35 boneless wings though. Don’t give this location your business, they treat you like a fool
Absolutely horrible service; 1 star is a gross exaggeration to rate. The server, Macey was incompetent, said the kitchen is always slow, and took over an hour to get out food for 3 people. Then it took 25 minutes to get the check. The “hospitality” manager was far from hospitable. Will never be going back to this location. Stay away.
I decided to order takeout yesterday for the good deal on traditional wings but it gave me food poisoning. It was the only thing I ate yesterday and I was throwing up all day. It made me super dizzy and lightheaded and my stomach has been turning ever since I ate the wings.
The worst location of Buffalo Wild Wings. Takeout orders regularly take way longer than they promise. I arrived when the order should have been ready and waited 25 minutes longer. Other customers walked in and right back out with their food. No explanation was given. I only ordered from this location because the Lewisville location was out of wings apparently? Also the wings were under sauced and they didn't pack the ranch for the cheese curds or the drink with the kids meal. Cheese curds and fries were cold as well after just a short drive home.
Use to be a great spot to goto.I walk in nobody greeting or seating. I hear someone yell from across the bar say “it’s open seating “ after standing around for 5 minutes. We sit down and waited 25 minutes for our waiter to bring a menu. Then we waited another 10 minutes to take our order. By this time I ordered my appetizer drink food and dessert all at once. Who knew the next time I would see him. There’s only 1 server on duty it seems like. 3 other servers just standing around at the bar. 1 person just standing around watching me as I have to crunch on my ice having been needing a refill for the past 10 minutes. 30 minutes in we got our appetizer. I am not at any point blaming our waiter. It’s not their fault management doesn’t care how much pressure they are under.
