I like this location and the employees are very nice, friendly, and helpful. But I wouldn't actually sit down to eat here again. The dining room was... not great. Stick to the drive through or take-out, but tip the employees well, they really do put a lot of effort into being genuine, friendly, and helpful. So much so that it often takes me by surprise.
It was so hot out today. I was out getting lunch. So I stopped by and got 3 bags of burgers 4 large French fries and a cherry lime aid. Hilda was a breath of fresh air. She was smiling and provided amazing service. So stop by and tell Hilda hi and grab a quick lunch, dinner or snack. You will be happy you did. Tell he the lady in the Snoopy hat sent you. Enjoy
Always friendly and quick staff .However you can tell they're wore out.Wish people were more understanding of all employees in the service industry, they do work hard probably harder than what they want but they need to ensure I am taking care of.Single dip Sunday with rocky road and strawberry topping always good .
I don't want to be too harsh on the staff because it was very busy with a drive through line around the building and about a dozen customers inside, so just the facts. After 30 minutes waiting for order #471 on May 21, 2022 approximately 7pm, then standing at the counter for 5-10 minutes, I decided to give up and consider it a charitable donation to Braums just leaving with the receipt. It was a small meal order so it wasn't worth the money to wait another 40 minutes for the order or a refund.
Brenda the assistant manager was very unprofessional. I placed an order and asked if mayo came on it.. she said yes then said so does brown sauce.. so I asked what brown sauce was and she said it was a ketchup base. I told her I didn't want the mayo or brown sauce so she took the mayo off. Then I asked to add ketchup and mustard then somehow "remove mayo" was gone off the screen. So when I got to the window I asked if she still had the burger without may. She rudely said ma'am it says it there.. ma'am it's there. And I was like that's not what it showed on the screen and I'm just trying to keep y'all from having to remake it. Then I asked for her name and she was rude again. I'm like if you didn't want to work then call in or switch jobs. If me ordering my small order made her that upset she needs to find a new job because I'd hate to see her with a rude customer. I was polite and could have gotten on her level but I stayed calm because I'm an adult and know how terrible customer service is these days. She looked like she wanted me to get on here level but what's the point? Anyhow... Avoid her if you can best of luck.
I simply love getting the brownie Sunday with added bananas and marshmallow syrup. I know my request is pretty particular but they’re always so helpful and nice. And the presentation of the ice cream never fails. For sure my go to ice cream .
I love thier little grocery market in this store. I haven't been in since they remodeled but I can see they added a nice patio to the outside. Looks really good.
I went in and I wanted a combo meal the lady didn't speak no English she was trying to help somebody else I had a customer that didn't speak no English so they switched off finally took my order wasn't paying attention to my order you had six people looking for pickles I just wanted a side of pickles took six people to find pickles nobody spoke English everybody was too busy on their phones not paying attention they're doing construction in the store it was loud like you have a better staff and pay attention and hire people that actually are going to work and speak English and know how to help people and pay attention to the order
Always love this place. Grocery section has best milk ever. 2 scoops in a cup plz.
We love to visit this place for Organic Milk and Ice cream. Their hot fudge Sundae and lemonade are the best. My kids enjoyed all their ice creams. They service is really fast.
