Went through the drive-thru tonight, it was a long line but went decently fast. I ordered two malts. My wife got halfway through hers before finding a folded up chunk of cardboard in it, about 4 inches square.I'm sure it was an innocent mistake and someone just took the bottom of the ice cream box with the scoop, but it's still a contaminant and kinda gross if you aren't sure what it is. Overall, avoiding this location in the future, unfortunately.
I can't remember if I've ever had a bad experience at Braums. The food is always good. I got what I ordered.This trip the fries could've had a little less salt, it was a bit heavy. The soda machine was down, but stuff happens. The jalapeno burger was off the chain.
Pro, the restaurant is very nice and good sized as well. Pro, it is very clean. Pro, it has a small supermarket that carries produce, dairy etc. Pro, the staff is friendly and helpful. Pro, the burger and fries as well as the shakes are great. The food came out very quickly. Get there early before the lunch rush. It also has a drive thru service. I will come back here. Try the supermarket, it has nice produce. It was very well stocked.
When Google map asking about my experience drive through but have to come inside this Braum Ice cream,.its bad experience. I think Braum has to trainers the employees how to appreciate and explain clearly to customer so the customer will be loyal customers, come again.When business open for driver through, so they has to make order faster.When the register cashier feel that became the top level of employees don't want to do another friends job, that's make customer feel ignored and waited longer.
I was 2 24 pm today got 2 gallons of milk. I wave Rigo manager with a blue jacket because no one is at the cashier's place. He started yelling said when I get a chance I send someone. I approach him to ask his name he said I don't have to give you my name just go there and wait. terrible embarrassing attitude. I am a senior citizen will never go there again.
I read the comments of the people about the food, how can people say bad comments on the food.I went here yesterday with my friend groups and I am lover of butter chicken and we order different type of dishes which was also tasty but I had best butter chicken in Texas.definitely I am coming back here and restaurant is good from inside too
Love their ice cream. Their fresh market is a good thing. Not a fan of online ordering due to lack of quality control.

Loved their chocolate Sundae. Also I love their A2 whole fat milk. It's fresh and affirdable.
I used to work there. it was Frickin Awesome but then They started making false accusations about me Stealing and Other stuff. Ive never stolen a Day in my life I don't see how they Say it was me. Other than that the food Is okay
