Excellent Poke bowls and soup comes with it. Smoothies were to die for. Our favorite was the Mango.
I used to love coming here for years (since 2016), but I guess since the pandemic they must have changed their portion sizes. The fish used to be large almost one inch cube pieces, but now the pieces are sooo small, like I had to dig to find them, and it's not even a decent amount of fish. The bowl was basically 90% rice. For $14, it's crazy. It's a shame. The older lady is really nice and I understand they're trying to continue making a profit with inflation, but it's absolutely insane what you get for the price.
The menu is extensive and full of many options. Poke burrito, poke bowl and so much more! Poke bowls are delicious and full of flavor! We dined in and they have us complimentary miso soup. They also had flavored water and normal water to drink. Definitely try it out if you’re in the area! The food was made quickly and they had many different topping options.
One the best poke bowls I've ever had. Super fast service, friendly staff, clean, fresh ingredients and generous portion. I'm definitely coming back and adding this place to my favories! Keep up the great work!!
Family and I stopped by for lunch while visiting H-Mart. Food was simple and full of healthy ingredients. Delicious. We had the B40 Island, the Tornado Bomb, and Ahi Tuna Large. Portions were large. Highly recommended.
Ordered two shrimp tempura bowls to go and I went to pick up the food after about 20 minutes. The food was ready and the wait was really short to get the food. The shrimp tempura rolls were amazing too! They put both in one package so there wasn't as much waste either. Amazing!
The best thing about this experience is the wonder older woman who took our order at the front. She was so sweet and patient for it to be our first time coming. I love poke. I have been to several in Dallas. We came to get two bowls to-go for dinner since we were in the area and I should have known as soon as I walked in something would be off. I personally have never been to a poke place that did not make the bowl in front of you. There was a counter and a wall that blocked the view of the bowl making process. The prices are good for the area $14 for a large bowl and it comes with 2 scoops of protein, only 1 sauce (I had to ask if I could have 2 kinds, which she did do for me), only 2 sides and then toppings. Since they don't make the bowl in sight, I didn't see it until I got home. The lady did give us some free house miso, and that is the best thing that I had. The bowl that was $14 was about half full (picture shown), the fish did not taste fresh, the rice tasted old like it wasn't fresh either and the whole bowl was so dry. I had to rummage in my condiment drawer to see what I could add to salvage the bowl. The spicy tuna is not in cubes like the salmon, but how crab meat is in a California roll. And to top it all off we both had tummy issues that night and the next morning. I do not recommend and if it wasn't for the sweet older lady, this would have been a 0 star experience.
This place has been consistently good. Every time I go there, the poke is always top notch. I always get the large #1 b40 Island. You can also customize your own poke like my friend did. Either way, it's healthy and yummy and right next door to Omi KBBQ Carrollton, so hard to miss.#poke #Carrollton #asianfoodie #korean #hmart #asianfood
This is not a Large. Called and they tried to lie that it’s the right size.. i know this isn’t the large size; we’ve ordered here plenty of times. This will be our last order. L.
Fantastic service and amazing food. I can only eat halal food and many of the halal restaurants are too far from my work place so this is a great option. Below 40 is close so it’s very convenient to stop by and eat or order for pick up. They have a variety of options and I will definitely be coming back in the future.
