RUDE. I get that basic common courtesy has gone out the window with some youth because they shouldn’t have to work or take orders from you. But there is such a thing as decency. One of the ladies taking orders at the drive thru cuts you off; in mid sentence and “WERE OUT” like you should have known that and “IS THAT ALL?” “IS THAT ALL?” after every single item. I just said yes and am going elsewhere now.

This Arby's is the only open Arby's for lunch and other hours. Thank you. The Arby's on Hebron Pkwy in carrollton should close it's doors, they have drive thru only. Stop blaming the pandemic for your lack of effort..

They double charged me.. and it was double charged for two different amounts ? when I was there at the drive thru, the lady was taking forever with my payment running back and forth and I had asked her if there was an issue with my card, and she responded with “no, it’s just our machine”— how was I charged twice with different amount ? 17.41 was my correct amount and they also charged me 19.34 which is not mine. Will be going there tomorrow to try and resolve this. y’all need to be more careful with peoples money.

Significant increase in their promo pricing. My two Beef and Chedders went from $5.99 to $7.99. This equates to a 33% price increase which is not justified even in this period of 10%-15% inflation. Sadly, I am probably done. I will miss it.

I happened to be driving north on Midway Road, saw this place, and remembered that they just recently announced a new limited-time Wagyu Steakhouse Burger. This was the first time Arby's had ever offered a burger before, so I decided to give it a try. I had read that, besides the quality of the Wagyu beef, this burger was supposed to be cooked 'sous vide' style - which I had to look up to mean a special preparation method that is supposed to lock in the juices and rich flavor. My dining experience would say maybe this location has not learned the sous vide cooking method yet - my burger was charred, dry, and definitely not worth the $7.49 price (I made it a meal with fries and drink, so my tab was over $11.). The meat DID taste like it was maybe a better quality beef, but the dryness (and it was cooked very well done, no sign of pink) definitely did not justify the price. At that price point, I could have gotten a Half-Pound Roast Beef (8 ounces of the Arby's superb quality roast beef) or even a Half-Pound Beef-n-Cheddar and still gotten change back. The Wagyu Burger was stated as only 6.4 ounces. My vote is for Arby's to stick with what it does best - roast beef.

Drove up at 8:30pm, menu was lit up, lady says "order when your ready". Spent next five minutes trying to order with no response. Drove up to the window and all the lights were off and no cars in the parking lot. I don't know wether to call the police or the x-files here

Great fish sandwich options, and EVERYONE was raving about the mac-n-cheese! SO GOOD!We were caught a little off-guard about the dining room being closed on a Friday night at 6 pm, but we figure they may have been short-staffed and a skeleton crew can better manage just a drive-thru system and keep up. Either way, the good was fresh and tasty!

Just ate a chicken sandwhich from this location and it had the texture of rubber. This has happened a couple times now. Not sure how this happens, as sometimes the chicken sandwiches are AMAZING. Half of the time I go to this location, the chicken is like this, resulting in a terrible experience.

They will ignore the drive thru during normal business hours. Happened at least 3-4 times. Just want a beef and cheddar.

Great chicken sliders! They’re gyros are delicious, so glad to have found a spot where the taste will always be consistent and delicious.
