What can I say, I love their roast beef sandwiches and curly fries.
They forgot to put fish on my fish sandwich. I was going to the hospital to see my mom.I took a pic and then went back after my visit, with the bread and receipt. The girl at the window didn't want to give me the $3 back because it had been a few hours. I explained and she still just looked at me. I did get the money but she didn't have to be difficult, especially after I didn't get to eat.
Update your store hours. You guys are sporadic. One day you’re open the next day you’re not. Make it clear! What food establishment is closed at 5pm. Is there no one there to make a employee work schedule? This is basic business 101.
I asked the guy at the counter for potato cakes with my order and he said we don’t serve those anymore. So I asked him what kind does he serve and he got a real attitude with me and said why are you asking that and what do you mean what do we serve. All I wanted to know was what other kind of potatoes they serve and he got a huge attitude about it
Drive-thru was quick and easy.
Stopped for a soft drink on my way to run errands. Got to the window to pay and the cashier said you're good, thank you. I'll pay it forward sometime soon.
I looked forward to betraying McDonald's but my Arby's experience was a let down. The crinkle fries were crunchy like chips and I may have scratched my gums from the chicken sandwich.
Very strange experience at this location after I experienced what seemed like a shuttered-Arby experience closer to my home. This location on Hebron Pkwy, the 2 younger people (male and female in their 20s) were laughing at me for being nice to them, and then whoever was cooking shorted my 9-pc nugget to a 6-pc nugget. The younger male threw my curly fries and nuggets in the sack along with the bbq sauce and there was food and grease everywhere in the bag, when they should be sitting it upright in the bag. They did fix the shortage of nuggets, but not before they took a bite off each end of one of the biggest nuggets. I didn't find that out until I got home. Definitely would not recommend this location.
Guy tells me he cant hear me in the drive thru and to speak up, then you get to the window and he has his bluetooth ear buds in.
It was the 1st. Great food. Forgot my time. Will recommend ?them.
