Love love love Andy's Custard! Always worth the wait in line. When our kids and grandkids visit, we have to go at least once during their stay. They also have treats for your dog.

I love Andy’s but I’ve come to realize that when they’re busy it’s best to stay away. This was the second time in a row that we got melted custard. The first time was an ice cream cone that we tried to contact them about and got no response. This time they gave us essentially a cup of soup. Again, I like their custard but the service has been miss lately. Which happens but then there’s no customer service to fix the issue.
Horrible service and window process. 5 to six people fixing 1 car order at window. Man comes out to say "We only have chocolate and we should have been closed." Then takes our order like chick fil a! No sir you should have been doing that when the line was in the street. Custard was already "soup form" at the bottom of our STALE waffle cones before they brought it to the window. The custard was like the service TRASH!
Used to really enjoy this place,but most likely won't be going back to this location. I just encountered this lumpy grumpy,low energy, lady at the Carrollton location that wasn't warm and friendly at all. Plus she got my order wrong possibly on purpose. SHE is definitely not a good representation for such a great place. ..js

Great custard and a well managed drive through line (employees going car to car to get orders faster when the line wraps around the block).Only complaint is the drive thru menu is too tall and not angled. If you're in a short car or in the passenger seat good luck reading it. Either get out and use the walk up window or look up a menu online.Make it shorter and wider, and angle it a bit towards the line for reading before being right beside it.
I love Andy's custard but I guess I need to request light toppings because my 2nd visit had at least 1/4+ of topping leftover at bottom of my nutty waffle custard cup & not enough custard. I love the toppings but prefer more custard than toppings. The young man fixed it 1st time so perfectly & young lady took order. 2nd time same young lady took order & fixed order ? she needs to be retrained/ stay on register. My guest & I were highly disappointed but will return soon requesting less toppings so we can once again enjoy sweet taste of Andy's frozen custard we ❤ so much.
Andy's is always top quality frozen custard. The family always loves to stop by. The prices good are definitely worth it!!
