This horrible cashier denied our order before closing, and took someone else's order after ours. Started to yell at us so we just left.

Great Place to have juices

Love the place

Horrible experience. We got there midnight between the nights of 6/8 and 6/9/19. They cheated by over charging us. When I realized, I requested for an itemized receipt, which the man behind counter declined to give. He then admitted he made a mistake and give me money back they charged xtra. He and a woman working with him (identified herself as Margarita) started to argue with me, interrupted and became disrespectful towards me, off course after their fraud was exposed. I asked them to write their names on a paper, which is when they scribbled illegible words on it, and then refused to correct or read it for me. They threatened to call police, and after I indicated that they are the one who will go to jail for a fraud, they back peddled. I asked to cancel the order and give me my money back, which they ignored, and handed me poorly made tempered products which tasted foul and made me sick. I tried to call the owner today at carrolton store and they hung up on me. I do not advise people to go to this shop. These employees are committing money fraud and feeding ill prepared products to those who they dislike.

Great service, great food

Just your average spot. Kinda high priced. Food is alright. Used to come often.

We have been to the Plano location many times and had great experience. Yummy chat, kulfi, falooda and more. This location was terrible... only the sugar cane juice was good. No variety in chaat and the mixed chat was cold and tasteless. The falooda was also so so - never going back there again. Bad for Agha’s juice as terrible customer experience from one location to another.

Very good experience, sugar cane juice was excellent

We frequently come here as it has food that appeals to the entire family. You can never go wrong with the Regular Faluda. I will say that not every item in their menu is good. Their kulfi's didn't appeal me. My wife grew up eating Gola Ganda back home so that is her to get snack here. They have done a very good job in decorating the walls with Pakistani heritage. The first time I came in, I was blown away and felt like home. I have gone there many times and shall go there in the future as well. The reason I am not giving a high rating is they are not consistent with everything they sell.

Well they are having a lot of commercials on Fun Radio. This place is open till 11pm. Tried the mango kulfi faluda - I don't think they know what exactly they are making? Faluda should not be dissolved in the kulfi or milk shake. The solid peaces of the frozen mango were not good. Overall avoid faluda at this place. Surprsingly - the kachori tarkari was very good. For around $5 - it's very good value for money.
