1. Their ice cream machine hasn't been working in months. I've lived nearby for 2 years and I don't think I've ever been able to get ice cream from this location. Today they told me that they don't even have an ice cream machine. They should take ice cream and floats off the menu then, or put a note on the menu (they used to have one posted).2. They close at 9pm, but they ignore the drive thru about 30 minutes or so before close. I've heard this happens an hour before close, but I have experience with them doing this 15-30 minutes before close. Now, they do tell you that they are closed, but they wait until 9pm on the dot to do so. The last this this happened, there were cars in front of and behind us, so we couldn't just exit and go somewhere else. We had to call the store to get them to take our order. I would have rather had left, but we were stuck in a forever unmoving line of angry people. I think they had to take people's orders 1 by 1 at the window, which made it take even longer. I don't care if you close early, but don't keep me captive while you do it. Let people know so that they don't get stuck forever.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Waited over 30 minutes for one order of 3 piece chicken tenders. We saw about 10 cars leave the line because the wait was so long.

Drove by there this afternoon, during business hours and it looked closed. The drive thru was blocked off + they had paper taped on the menu with nothing on it. Not sure if this means this location is going out of business. Sucks, because this is the only A&W closes to my area. Called with no answer.
Closed for dine in. Unfortunate.
I just like their food. I always get fantastic customer service here. The place is clean and the workers are always kind. Highly recommended.
Food was ok, service was a bit slow though.
Had to honk and drive around in order to get someone to the drive through. Food was made sloppy, cheese was old. Best thing was the root beer float.
