It’s cool they do rolled ice cream but when I took one bite and realized there was a item I can’t eat in my ice cream I ordered they would not remake the same kind or refund my money. Even tried using Starbucks as example saying Starbucks wouldn’t fix the problem if I ordered a drink wrong so they don’t either. Starbucks would definitely fix what’s wrong, love them! Bad costumer service here!

We waited for half an hour after placing our order and two other customers who came in after us received their order before us. One was a tea order and the other an ice cream order so it wasn't a matter of order type. I only had two slices of banana in the whole cup. I was expecting more. For the price, the wait, and frustration I probably won't return. The ice cream was good but not worth the rest.

Ice cream is good but this pina colada is very dry. Thought it would be drizzled with something on top and it was not. Also, pineapple tasted old not fresh. Not my favorite!
Love us some rolled ice cream! Lots of options and delicious flavors. Employees are really nice, too! We will be back!
Looked like a great concept. YET, as the wait got longer with only two employees working in a busy location clearly its not efficient ....just unique. Don't try on a Saturday unless you have some time.
Hidden gem!Had a great time! My bro got the caramel macchiato ice cream and said it was awesome.I got the taro and it was fantastic. I love that they have nondairy options!
