Great food, but the portions are very inconsistent. Sometimes I go and the box will barely close because there's so much chicken in there. Other times, I feel ripped off. I get the thigh bites.
Customer service at this location is awful. Average reviews for restaurants in the immediate area are 4.2 stars. This one is 3.4 star at the time of this review. I forsee this downward trend to continue with the current sassy cashiers.
The wings were good! However where's my Cajun seasoned fried? I taste the regular seasoning but it's missing the spice.
The app was convenient. I was able to order 50 wings, pay , and pick up.The food was hot and ready when I arrived. I loved the parmesan wings! I should have gotten more.
Not sure what all the bad reviews are for , went here last Friday night around 7pm got a typical 20 minute wait on a 30 pc and everything was FRESH. All 4 ranches and 2 blue cheese correctly in the bag the bag. We just bought a house in the area and will be back highly recommended
I placed a simple order and it was messed up! Manager Michael only offered a credit ?! Like make my food right and not give me a $5 dollar credit on a next order for you to mess up again! When I did ask to speak to a manager they asked me my name and I heard the person say it to him like he must have collectors after him, then finally when he did he lacked basic phone etiquette, almost refused to give me his name , answered the phone like /// what ?! Instead of hey my name is blah blah and I’m the manager how can I help you?!
My chicken was fine but these are hands down the worst fries I’ve ever gotten from wing stop! I look forward to their fries and these were way under cooked and totally soggy. I guess I will have to keep going to the wing stop in Crowley instead of the Burleson one which is closer to my house. I also asked for Cajun seasoning and didn’t get that either. Wing stop fries are awesome and this soggy under cooked mess was a total let down! 2 stars is me being generous!
I ordered at 4:53 pm and still haven’t received my food. I called at 6:11 and was assured I would have my food in about 10 minutes. It’s now 7:30 and I’m on perpetual hold. I just want a refund!
Consistent food every time. I always dine in because that's where service is best (at any restaurant). 4 stars because the girl at front counter today had the charisma of a brick. Zero smile, zero words, nothing. You don't have to be there, sis.
Veggie sticks were forgotten in my order.I asked for well done wings and they were not.I asked for well done fries with extra seasoning, and they were soggy and cold.I ordered 5 piece thighs and 2 of them were not even touched with seasoning what so ever, as if they forgot those.
