Disappointing every time I come here. Food is almost always wrong. Service in the drive thru is extremely slow. I waited over 30 minutes longer for my food meanwhile the other lane has no problem getting in and out. Most likely never eating here again until a drastic change is made. Y’all can do better but you choose not to.
I made an online order today at 11:07am. It said it would be at the online order kiosk at 11:17-11:19am. I got into the restaurant at 11:24 so I wouldn’t have to wait long, hopefully. I received my tent for them to bring me my food at 11:29am. I waited and waited and waited until finally I was pretty sure they forgot about me. It was 11:59am at this point. So over 50 minutes. I asked where my food was at the front again. They had basically misplaced it. I got all my food how I ordered it a few minutes later without any reasonings for what took so long. Barely an apology. The fries were already cold, the shake I had was pretty melted by this point, as well. I am very displeased with this location right now. It might be a while before I go back to this store. For me to be paying this much for cold food is unacceptable.
This Whataburger used to be amazing. But the past few times the lines have been long and take forever. Also the burgers are always very "meaty" tasting, they don't have much flavor (other than pure meat). The French fries however are delicious as usual. This time going, the drinks were hot and watered down. I went back inside to get a new one because I thought maybe they were watered down due to wait time, but actually their drink machines were broken! They didn't even tell anyone this who was buying drinks that their machines were down. So I paid for a watered down hot drink and couldn't even get a new one because all machines were broken. Never coming back again....
They have stolen money from me and my friends, without giving us what we have ordered: -I had a $10 gift card and ordered some food one day, and the cashier told me the remaining balance. With that remaining money, I returned another day to purchase something. When I have the cashier the card, though, he said that there was no more money on the card after pressing buttons on the screen. I had to cancel my order and just leave.-My friends went to purchase a meal for several of them, but only ended up waisting money because they had to wait about 20 minutes for no food being prepared. They waited and waited, but no service before having to leave to get to class on time.
I went to Whataburger on Wilshire Blvd. in Burleson, Texas today for the first time. I live in Columbia, IL. They do not have any in Illinois close to me. The service was the best service I have ever had in a burger restaurant and the burger was delicious. Thanks to Jeff and the store manager for making my trip to Texas extra special.
Food is great but service is terrible. Two out 0f the last three times I have been there my order has been short or wrong. Just got home from there and they left a large order of onion rings off the order. You pay $40 for three burgers and they can’t get the order right. Love the food but you better check your order theirs a 75% chance it wrong.
I love Whataburger Jr's but twice in a row, I have ordered and gotten a cold burger... it's ridiculous!!! The employees were standing around shooting the breeze instead of bringing our meal.While I love the burgers, of I get another (even Luke warm) I'll be done!!!
the guy in the lobby, not sure what his name was, but he had new York on his hat. he was awesome definitely deserves a raise, I've never had a better experience!
Best place to get apple presents. That are lightly sweet not over powered with cinnamon. I don't like the hamburger buns. Too dry and bland...but the pattie and picks are awesome.
It is ashamed how dirty it was. My husband had to yell and clap at the people in the back because they ignored me saying hello jumping up and down and waving my arms for a napkin. They had 4 empty holders and after they Have is napkins no one came and filed them. If I was the manger of this location i would be very upset. No one was manning the front and the coke tested like it was mixed with diet. Is ashamed cuz I love Wataburger. Cuz I will go to a different location
